INTRODUCTION
It is very important for any organisation to identify their difficulties and factors that can
affect the business activities and formulate strategies to reduce the negative impact of such as
issues and factors. This will also assist in the goal achievement of the business without facing
any obstacle. The report is based on the issue that is facing by the Regent Group of London. It is
a growing educational institution which provides several learning courses to students of all ages
throughout the world (Nissen and et.al., 2019). The main purpose of this company is to improve
the employability of the students and improve the career prospects. It was introduced in the year
2000 and has allocated their business in different localities so that students will be able to gain
education and learning. It is known for its quality services and qualified teachers to support
learners to clarify their queries. The current report is based on the discussion of issue that is
client facing. It also represents the competitor analysis, target customer analysis and pest analysis
to break down the difficulties (Kaslow and Friedland, 2021). Lastly, it also covers top three
issues that are faced by the respective company and solutions to reduce them.
TASK
Who is the client and what difficulties they are facing?
Regent Group of London is the client which aims to offer stimulating and helping
educating environment to the students. It helps students by creating collective learning
environment. The targets to develop and improve the skills and learning of the students which is
vital to the college's success. It is found that the company is facing issues related with digital
marketing, communication and adoption of advanced technologies (Franco, and et.al., 2021). It
is observed that the college is not being promoted well due to this cause students switch their
college to another one for admission. Rasika who joined Regent Group of London in May 2015.
She is an experienced marketing professional who guides branding, digital marketing,
advertising, website development efforts and social media. She is liable to tackle events, PR,
internal communication, award entries and many more. She is well-educated and holds a range of
certain degrees with 18 years of experience in both local and international markets. She is
accountable to promote the college and let know students more about the chosen educational
institution. Therefore, Rasika is decided to create an effective marketing campaign with the help
of technologies.

Porter's five forces:
It is an effective model to identify the key competitive forces that are present in the
market. It helps company to formulate plans to gain the competitive benefits. The discussion is
mentioned below: Threat of new entrants: It involves a threat associated with new entrants that is new
colleges in the market. In case of educational sector, there are many colleges that have
been introduced in the market with innovative plans and tactics that can attract students to
join their institution. Therefore, in UK market, this threat will have a high impact on the
Regent Group of London. Bargaining power of buyers: In case of Regent Group of London, there is a requirement
to attract more learners and their parents as well towards the college and its facilities for
better learning. For such cause, they are suggested to do an effective market campaign for
the purpose of new admissions. It can be good to reduce the fees of their learning classes
and improve diversity in the courses so that learners will get a chance to opt for a range
of course. Hence, the bargaining power of students is high in the educational sector. Bargaining power of suppliers: With an addition to chosen college, the suppliers are

will have a low to moderate impact on the Regent Group. Threat of substitution: It has a high impact on the Regent Group of London as there are
range of educational institution in the market from where students can get their education.
These colleges also provide the same educational system, facilities and learning to the
students. So, the chosen firm must focus on the hiring of qualified and skilled teacher.
Moreover, they must adopt new technologies so that they remain ahead among

It is observed that Regent Group of London facing various issues in order to provide the
best learning and education. There top three issues are discussed underneath: Poor promotional strategies: It is found that the college is not able to promote itself and
due to its poor marketing plans, students are not aware about the facilities and services
that the college is provided. It is resulting in losing various students and negatively affect
the image of the company. This issue can be overcome by focusing on its advertising
strategies on social media. It involves low cost and having a global reach. Also, they must
pay attention on the marketing campaigns especially at the time of admissions. Communication issues: The chosen company is also facing the issue of lack of proper
communication where students and teachers are not able to communicate well with each
other and even local learners are avoided to convey with migrants. This will enable
company to lose their valuable students from the college. Therefore, this can be reduced
by offering coaching and make them realise that how good communication can resolve
queries and support them to explore better surrounding (Chan and et.al., 2019). Rasika
can also focus on to organise some fun activities in which students, parents and teachers
can interact with each other. This can develop a habit of good interaction and
communication with each other.
Technological issues: It is found that the company is facing the issue of lack of
knowledge about the use of new technologies. There are lot of students who are
complaining about the outdated technologies that is used in the business and bad
condition of computer systems, laboratories (Silvestri and et.al., 2021). This issue can be
resolved by investing in good technology that is new and helps in better providing the
educations. The college must adopt the new tools and equipments and update their
software so the students can get the knowledge with latest features.
