Business consulting relates to both marketplace or industry/sector and to process of helping
companies enhance their existing performance, mainly by systematically analysing existing
business challenges and developing improvement strategies (Arno and Goncharova, 2017). The
project study is mainly covering Effective analysis and presentation in fields in consumer interest
like; competitors, targeted consumers, industry and external influencing variables in context of
selected client i.e. Regents Group London. Further based on analysis, report identifies top three
major issues that respective organization is facing and setting priorities by ranking.
TASK
1. Overview of Regents Group London:
Regents Group London iss corporation that operates and manages educational
institutions, universities, schools, training centres and preschools/nurseries. It also provides
advisory services to public as well as private fields. Regent Group also providing high-quality
education and training to so many students for about 18 years. Regent College London is
member of Regent Network, which is located in north-west of the London. This Group was
formed in year 2000 in the name of Regent College, London, as independent
secondary schooling organisation and sixth in college situated in Harrow. Across the
years, company expanded into additional schooling, secondary and sixth schooling, nursery and
formed its higher learning unit in year 2010 (About us: Regents Group London. 2020).
It encourages an integrated more forward-looking atmosphere and aims to make sure that
everybody taking part in university education is participating in decision making, is responsible
and is respected or valued.
