company that serving in markets their quality services and providing satisfactory products as
well as operating in more than two nations. The current assignment will be based on HSBC
holding, which falls under list of top multinational organizations in the UK. The study will
explain the impact and effect of regional cultural issues on corporate organizational culture of
firm as it conducts ventures activities at international level.

companies, especially that operate at international level. In term of external factor, regional
cultural problems may put negative impact on company culture as it has conducted its venture
globally, for commercial purpose.
Regional Cultural differences-
It is one of the most affected and impacted regional cultural problems that may put
negative impact on organization business culture in term of decreasing productivity of staff
members who perform in their home town and in future may do the same but in other nation,
where the culture and environment may quite different (Buecker and et.al., 2020). For example,
HSBC holding operates in UK, its organizational culture is affected and impacted due to this
factor or issue negatively, when it takes initiative to enter into new market or nation, where the
culture that people follow it totally different from where it came. It can be said that differences
between two regions also create an issue that may put unexpected affect or impact on existing
business environment where number of skilled and talented employee are working, just to grow
venture and make it successfully, while operating business internationally. It may lead to create

globally. In term of problems, it many create negative environment within organization, where
existing employees perform in productive manner, in order to sustain their business forever
