INDTRODUCION
In this context a professional accountability refers to the process of decision making. The
four universal accountability are professional, legal, ethical and employment. In the nursing field
it can describe as a nurse is responsible for their actions towards others. The registered nurse is
accountable towards patient care.(Davis, 2017). Professional nurse need to be manage things
with full knowledge and responsibilities in order to achieve effective delegation. This report
contains the critical analysis of the health care professionals responsibilities towards the patient
care and having accountability, effective delegation, communication between the RN and EN,
attitude, function and perspective. The patient needs some necessary care like healthcare
environment should be safe, provide sustainable requirement and it should be effective. The duty
of the RN should be to gain proper knowledge of the patient history and is conditions.
CRITICAL EVALUATION
It is a section of a critical evaluation of the role of the registered nurse which is related to
the effective delegation and accountability. The environmental care that an RN and EN has
towards the patient is huge.(Porter-O'Grady, T., 2019)The RN and EN should provide a better
care like positive environment, equal delegation communication, hygiene level, emotional care,
discharger planning, giving medicine on time and healthy diet according to is medical condition,
directly delivery care to the patient for better outcomes, patient satisfaction, The RN has to take
decision according to the patient history and maintaining strong communication between the
RNs and NAs and having leadership quality, improving team work, positive attitude, time
management, implementing bedside shift report for the patients, personal experiences,
professional development, managing and planning the daily shift structure for nurse and trainee
and positive attitude towards delegation, bringing productive outcomes,effective delegation
improve the confidence, trust, skills, build a self esteem, working without any laziness, showing
and improving the activities to work more in a effective manner, respect of senior staffs and
increasing motivation between each other these are the positive aspects of the hospital nurse and
following hospital rules and regulations. The healthcare institution have a mixture of lightings
that is daylight and electric lights or artificial lightings. According to researchers it is said that
such lightings plays a very vital role in health care settings. The odour in a health care settings
affect the mood of the working staffs, therefore it is very important for the management to set the

are the problems they are facing in their environment and how they can pay more attention to the
patients care and improve is medical conditions. It is necessary for an a hospital to maintain safe
environment for their employees and patient.

decisions or making nursing judgements. The registered nurses delegate the assignment of the
performance of nursing activities to the junior or unlicensed nurses or personnel. The RN 's has
to communicate with the team mates in order to have a clear gaol and take personal
accountability. Nurses job is very hectic and puts an individual in a lot of pressure that is why it
is important for them to prioritize tasks, make quick decisions and makes them delegate certain
activities to its other team mates. The large issues can not be solved a single individual therefore
delegation at individual level provides ease the burden of the nurses and improves patient
experiences. (Kaya,and Boz, 2019) In the beginning the person needs to analyses which task to
be delegated according to the level of the responsibility the nursing assistants can reduce the
work load on the RN's. As the health care department has very unique responsibilities and
requirement when it comes to delegate the task . Delegating of responsibility is very important as
nurses are responsible for the safety and health of the patients. It is very important to analyse and
evaluate the result of delegation because if at all the outcome is negative that can even cause
