Service providers are offered with additional responsibility which hampers the work they were

assigned. The exhausted and frustrated workforce tends to make major errors when dealing with
client information. Consideration to the privacy and security of the patients are critical as most of
the information now-a-days is stored electronically. One of the major errors while dealing with
patient information is Administering wrong medication. Therefore it is very important to form
and maintain ideal patient records so that right medication is offered. In this era of digitalisation,
The manner in which patient data is stored have changed dramatically. Patient record and data
have been stored electronically with the helps of internet. Such innovations raise major concerns
relating to privacy and security of the data which has been stored on the internet. As such
information could be used unethically by service providers for their self gain. They have to
keep record of correct time, date and individual's name, date of birth, social security number and
examination details who has come for treatment. This information that is being recorded needs to
be needed to be protected from falling into wrongful hands (Laschinger & et. al., 2015).
Digital health in planning patient care
Digital health refers to concept which is related to improve health and wellness of an
individual using technology. This includes wearable gadgets, ingestible sensors, artificial
intelligence and mobile health apps. This is basically applying digital transformation by cultural
change and disruptive technologies in HCS. (Paterson, Henderson & Burmeister, 2015). Some of
these are discussed below -
Robot receptionist - Pepper was a first robot receptionist developed by a team of
researchers and professors of Foscari University. This robot was trained for interacting with
guests and answering frequently asked questions. This Pepper robot has the ability to speak three
languages. This robot was first used in Parc Hotel for answering guests. After the analysis and
evaluation of this robot it has been seen that this can be used in healthcare service. This will help
in minimising workload of nurse practitioners.
Huggable robots – Huggable is a new type of robotic companion which was developed
by MIT media Lab. This huggable robot was developed specially for use in healthcare, social
communication applications and education. These robots are designed in such a way that they are
fun interactive. These are made to work as team member which is necessary part of triadic
interaction. This huggable robot is helpful in enabling a richer and multi model interaction
(Backhaus, 2015). This also supports communication and it play through vision, touch, speech
and shared space.

good service to patients. This will also increase the level of satisfaction of service users. The
innovation of huggable robot will help me to reduce anxiety level of small children coming for

Impact of role conflict on registered nurse
Role conflict occurs when an individual fails to perform his job role in an appropriate
manner. It is important for me to have clear and defined roles and responsibilities. Role conflict

satisfaction of nurses. A nursing job is full of stress and this results in role strain, burnout and job
dissatisfaction among nurses. The quality of work of nurses decreased due to working under
stress. Role conflict also leads to discourage pursuit of administration. The main reason behind
conflict occurs when there are incompatible demands and needs placed upon an individual
relating to job or position. There are some common causes of role conflict which includes
unclear expectations, lack of jurisdiction, lack of communication and disagreements or

There are some self care strategies which helps in staying me as a nurse emotionally and
physically well. Two key self care strategies are awareness and addressing body, mind, spirit and
emotions. There are basically four aspects of an individual life such as emotional, mental,
