The present research is based on the uses of the social media in the health and care
organisation by nurses. Furthermore, their roles and responsibility regarding their work within
the health and care also discussed in this report. The major objective of this report is to
understand the responsibility of registered nurse with regard to use social media.
MAIN BODY
In the health and care organisation, nurse plays a very crucial role in delivering the care
services and high level of treatment to patient through which they can improve their health issue
in more effective and efficient manner. In the regard of social media, it is great responsibility of
nurse to promote and advertise the effective treatment on the social media so as patient can gain
the effective knowledge about it. Medical attendants are welcome to utilize online networking in
their own lives (Bryce, Foley and Reeves, 2017). This may incorporate having a Facebook page,
a Twitter channel or blogging on different sites. Medical attendants can decidedly utilize
electronic media to share work environment encounters, especially those occasions that are
testing or sincerely charged, however it is basic also patients by name or give any data or subtle
elements that could distinguish them keeping in mind the end goal to secure patients' entitlement
to protection (Baker and Baker, 2009). With help of social media nurses can easily share their
working experiences value, their work and achievements on the various pages of the social
