Hotel Relais and Chateaux is an English country house and estate in the care of the

customer such as Spa, Tennis and Gym with accommodation as well as food and beverages.
Mission: To be the most hospitable company in the world.
Vision: To deliver best quality and delivering exceptional experience to their customer.
Marketing Mix:
Product: The company is currently offering services like luxury suit, holiday package,
dinning and wedding services. Along with this, due to pandemic company has faced huge
loss so in order to attract large customer it will be offering transportation and travel
services. The hotel is currently offering free stay for children and dogs as well as food
and accommodation services.
Place: The company will be opening their new branch in tourist place of UK that will
help the organization in attracting large customer as well as to earn huge profit. Along
with this, the company will be focusing on the design of the place such as it will be
offering old Italian classic structure in order to be unique and seeking the attention of
tourist.
Price: The company will be adopting for segment based pricing strategy which is
similar to airline industry. Under this approach company will be segmenting their
customer by area of the room, attributes and extra services required by them. This will
help the organization in providing their customer with services according to their budget.

will help the organization in increasing their overall sales. Along with this, it can make
use of innovative customer services in order to increase their range in audience and
improve brand image. Moreover, the organization can also make use of digitalization
and advance technology in order to increase sales of the company.
Threat: The company face high competition and due to that it has to invest in advance
technology that increase their operational cost.

Political: Due to pandemic government has implemented restriction on trade and due to
that organization was shut down for months. Along with this, company policies like
down and COVID precaution has increased the operational cost of firm.
Economical: The organization has to open their organization in country that have good
economic rate that will help the company in earning huge profit. Moreover, if the
customer has good income rat then it will tend to spend on luxury services and product.
Social: The company will be providing services and products according to the taste and
preferences of the customer as well a market trend.
Technological: The company will be making use advance technology and tools in order
to make smooth flow of services. Along with this, company will be suing robotic staff
smart room keys in order to attract customer as well as to give them quality services.
