Enterprise, innovation and creativity is based on the fundamental concept in which applied
in the organisation policies, procedures and developed a suitable structure. It empower the
people and engaging with staff members in terms of process, leading the business in creative
manner (Gouvea, Kapelianis and Vora, 2021). Creativity refers to the way of new thoughts,
ideas. Innovation is defined the application of innovative idea and established a collaboration
with enterprise. Therefore, it has been developed a relationship between innovation, enterprise as
well as creativity.
The essay will discuss the concept of relationship between enterprise culture, creativity and
innovation. It higher ways to lead the innovation while developing the business culture because it

growth and development, enterprise culture can play an important consideration and achieve
desirable success. A company with developing a positive culture which may increase the

always go beyond the competition level. Creative problem solving provides high level of
business success and striving to achieve best results or outcomes.

Often it can be said that enterprise cultures have been determined as starting base that provides
platform in terms of performing creativity and innovation in business. The enterprise culture may
lead to foster the limit of organization in regards to performing innovation (Nguyen and Le,
2019). If enterprise culture has been adopted in effective manner that provides the opportunities
to employees to show their creativity and it helps in performing higher innovation in business
that further enables in experiencing higher profits. Innovation in business can be achieved in
strategic manner within performing creativity in effective manner. Enterprise culture enables
organization for adopting innovation culture. Innovation has been considered as the process of
creating something new and enterprise culture is all about developing and generating something

enterprise culture. Thus, here it can be stated that in order to perform innovation, enterprise
culture is highly needed. Along with this, innovation can be supported through creativity. Thus,

progress is aligned with increasing the standard of living of the people whereas economic
progress in entitled within enhancing the effectiveness of economy (Klofsten and et.al., 2019).

and economic progress. When business makes numerous innovations within adopting creativity
then it makes aware to customers about various innovations that can be experienced by them.

develop then it impacts the development of people who are living in society. Also, it further
impacts the economic development in country (Yun and et.al., 2020). As the success of business
determines the success of economy as GDP is based on the success rate of business. However,
success rate of business is further determined on the profitability rate and this can be increase
within adopting enterprise culture that enable business to perform various innovation within
using creativity.
