Relationshipwork’ in youth justice
The paper is reflected on developing a strong relationship between the project team
and project stakeholders to get success in the research work. The paper argued that there is
development of strong relationships is significant precursor to the research work to be done.
The concept of Relationshipwork is considered as significant part of research related work.
The funded project provides with context for argument considered that how educational
experiences of the young people imprisoned in youth justice system can recover. In this
paper, little research provides on enabling relations that allow quality research to be started.
The paper is reflected on outlining of consequence of positive interactions with people.
Relationshipwork helps in building relationships among the project team as well as project
stakeholders and researcher. The main contribution of this paper is conception of the
Relationshipwork. With engaging with the team members by the project manager, three main
components of the research are described in the article such as fieldwork, text work as well as
headwork. Relationships among the researchers as well as project stakeholders will provide
clear communication to adapt changing circumstances as project will proceed. Importance of
relationshipwork is overlooked in the research work. Based on project focus,
relationshipwork plays a key role to build a strong relations. It improves education for the
young people so that they can provide support to project stakeholders (White et al. 2018).
The research study investigated that Parkville College is getting success at engaging of young
people into the education. It is investigated what the school should require to improve to get a
long term educational development.

The paper is reflected on expectations of the scholars to examine central problem of
how the newcomers are being affected by performativity as well as governmentality in the
higher education learning. The scholars those are at higher education requires critical
thinking as well as analytical thinking in the research. The article is focused on how the PhD

contributed to it. The purpose of this article is argued on importance of the qualitative
research and raise concerns regarding how the researchers are being shaped in the modern
university for higher education. The academics are predictable to contribute to knowledge in

their subject field. The quantitative research work is highly proper for the research questions
where the qualitative research work is being grown from uncertain youth in confident. The
methodological textbooks into the qualitative research is continued to publish without due
considerations of the theory. The qualitative research is increasing complex while it can lead
to build difficulty in relation to the contract investigation. The universities are being changing
by concepts of new managerialism besides managing into modernized university. The higher
education comes to value of tangible monetary incomes above learned events of the quality.
