Relationshipwork’ in youth justice

Relationshipwork. With engaging with the team members by the project manager, three main
components of the research are described in the article such as fieldwork, text work as well as
headwork. Relationships among the researchers as well as project stakeholders will provide
clear communication to adapt changing circumstances as project will proceed. Importance of
relationshipwork is overlooked in the research work. Based on project focus,
relationshipwork plays a key role to build a strong relations. It improves education for the
young people so that they can provide support to project stakeholders (White et al. 2018).
The research study investigated that Parkville College is getting success at engaging of young
people into the education. It is investigated what the school should require to improve to get a
