In the team, I worked for researching the data for which I considered many articles,
books, online sources, and magazines. I enhanced my existing understanding of
religious diversity due to increasing the probability of getting a positive outcome. In
this team, I play an imperative role because my team has given me an opportunity to
get feasible information in the favour of religious diversity in the working place. From
my perspective, the researcher of data is essential for proceeding the task in one
direction and solve the research concern effectively. At the time of researching the
data about the research matter, I considered many software and comprehend many
online sources to get quality information that is associated with the research.
I comprehend that research of data could essential part of the study hence an
individual should gain their knowledge towards many search processes to complete
it effectively. I comprehend that Google scholars, Google, Emerald, Sage, and
business sources websites have been considered by me at the time of addressing
the data about the research. I also used the university library websites and
comprehend the research that has been completed on the same topic to make an
effective idea about this concern and make a decision effectively. It is also observed
different tools of the search process and get feasible information with respect to the
specified study (Miller and Ewest, 2015).
Literature review
In the literature review part, I was accountable for completing some specific section
named as the introduction, conclusion, and religious beliefs in Australia and its
workplace. I enhanced my awareness of such topics as it could be essential part of
study. This assigned part is effective to comprehend what the people of Australia
have made their beliefs towards the religious at the working place that could be
effective to work in the organization in the upcoming period (Héliot, et al., 2017). I
also completed the conclusion section wherein, I comprehended the whole section of
the literature review and give a concise conclusion. I improved my understanding of
different sources that my team member has suggested to me to get the data towards
particular topics. At the time of collecting the information about the Religious Beliefs
in Australia and its workplace, it was complicated for me to know which data is
essential as it takes the huge time that was quite ineffective for me.
I put my higher efforts as well as time to comprehend the data that has been entailed
in the section that was assigned by my team members to complete it effectively
(Gröschl and Bendl, 2015). From the analysis, it is addressed that most of the
employees who are employed in the organization were Christianity that has followed
their different rules and regulation at the time of worming in the specified working
place. I also comprehended that the majority of Australian people were using the
Bible and make their diverse perception about the religious.
There are certain elements that are generally considered by them named as
righteousness and kindness, virtue, and righteousness at the time of working in the
organization. As per the collected data, it is addressed that Jews (30%), Muslims
(44%), and Hinduism (41%). I observed from the collected information the
Evangelical Protestants could face by higher discrimination than another group as it
negatively affects their retention in the working place. At the international level,
business productivity has been affected by religious diversity (Hambler, 2016). The
primary cause of arising the religious diversity is the ineffective religious diversity
regulation of the business enterprises and government (Moorhead and Griffin, 2014).
It could create a major concern for the firm to get positive responses and get a
favourable result in favor of the research matter. I also concluded the whole the

literature review wherein, I discussed each point that has been discussed in the
conclusion section.
Business Proposal
In the business proposal, I was accountable for developing the introduction and
conclusion part that ensures the project deliverables were met and not. I also
proofread the whole business proposal and find out some formatting issues and
make the amendment accordingly. Proofreading is essential for the investigator as it
assists to know what is discussed in the entire study (Ancarani, et al., 2016). From
the proofreading, I improved my depth knowledge of data collection tool that is
effective to improve my research skills and give me an opportunity to individually
conduct the study in the upcoming period. I comprehended that religious diversity in
the working place. It is also examined that the business proposal introduction could
support to comprehend the methods what we will discuss in the study.
It could also support to comprehended differ methods that been considered as the
time of collecting the data in favour religious diversity in the working place (Al Ariss
and Sidani, 2016). I increased my understanding towards certain sources that are
considered by my team members at the time of selecting the suitable research
methods in the favour of the research matter named as the data collection tool, data
analysis tools, sampling method, ethical consideration, and research limitations. I
understood that the business proposal is practised to evaluate any concern that
might be to the productivity of the organization. I comprehended certain sources to
eliminate some issues related to the report and make the consistency or quality of
the report. I also observed how much the quality of writing is essential for any
business report. For making any business report, a researcher should have a depth
understanding of the specified concern to make a decision effectively and get higher
competitive advantages. I also observed that the plagiarism, data manipulation could
also affect the overall outcome of the study (Adam and Rea, 2018).
