individual should gain their knowledge towards many search processes to complete
it effectively. I comprehend that Google scholars, Google, Emerald, Sage, and
business sources websites have been considered by me at the time of addressing
the data about the research. I also used the university library websites and
comprehend the research that has been completed on the same topic to make an
effective idea about this concern and make a decision effectively. It is also observed
different tools of the search process and get feasible information with respect to the
specified study (Miller and Ewest, 2015).

In the literature review part, I was accountable for completing some specific section
named as the introduction, conclusion, and religious beliefs in Australia and its
workplace. I enhanced my awareness of such topics as it could be essential part of
