committee with the prospective changes and its impact on the project success. After approval, it
will be communicate to the team members to take actions and work accordingly.
PART 3: PROJECT TIME MANAGEMENT

Concept approval within 15 days after feasibility study
Review requirements and approval from the board
Preliminary design review: Checking the architectural design requirements and get its
approval
Test plan review: Performing test case and test procedure
Test readiness review: Integration of the printers, hardware, software and other key
components to perform integration testing
Operational readiness review: Performing acceptance testing for the final functioning
RDC implementation: Complete execution phase to implement RDC within set time
schedule
Successful launch: Execute marketing strategy to aware consumers about RDC system
2. Strategies for making up lost time and avoiding schedule slips in future
