The concept of remote work is a recently growing concept that is associated with enabling
employees to work from anywhere without the constraints of an office holding them down. Thus,
remote work tends to comes with a generous dose of flexibility in schedule and work hours and
aims to create a better balance between personal and professional lives which is the main reason
behind its rising importance and significance mainly in IT companies.

D) Methodology (800)Research paradigm and philosophy- There are four main types of research philosophy and
paradigm which comprises of positivism, interpretivisim, pragmatism and realism. Based on
nature of current study, making use of the positivism philosophy seemed most appropriate and
suitable as it supports systematic manner and practical way of undertaking a study.Research approach- There are two main research approach deductive and inductive. Making
use of the deductive approach has been proposed for current project as it supports a better way
for testing and scanning of facts and it also effectively in line with the positivism approach.
Research strategy-Choice of method- there are two main methods of conducting a research comprises of
qualitative and quantitative research method. Use of quantitative method of research seemed to
be moat suitable for current study as it supports easy collection and presentation of facts in
numeric terms. Beside this, application of quantitative research method is suitable for current
project as it ensures statistical presentation of facts with the help of charts and tables which lead
to more specific and authentic set of results.
