accurate anymore, but their experience and knowledge is. Remote work helps in improving
productivity and performance level of employees that turn to helps companies in its growth and
development. Main purpose of this project is to find out quantitative papers and critical appraise
of the research methods. Three qualitative papers will be selected which are the effect of remote
workforce, change of management and marketing strategies. These are main quantitative papers
that will be explained in current project.
