Comprehensive project management plan and milestone schedule.
The milestone scheduled to reach the objective of the project, milestone schedule involves
activities which are required for the evaluation of the data collected through primary and
secondary purposes. The purpose of small-scale research is to analyses the questionnaire used in
this business project to develop a conclusion. The project management plan is made and focused
mainly to analyses and evaluate the answers of the sample of respondents used in the research
over the objective of this project which is to evaluate the effect to the production of Renault due
to globalization.
Critically evaluate the project management process.
Irrespective of the size of the company, it is very difficult to manage small or large projects in
any organization. Renault motors which is one of the largest car manufacturing company, have
many small and large projects scheduled and it is difficult to manage such projects. Being a big
organization in the automobile industry, it is quite difficult to analyze and evaluate the projects
involved in the production unit of Renault. There are some skills required to implement such
projects because conducting the questionnaire itself require a skill. Collecting data from primary
sources require good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pros of Project management plan are:
1. It is easy to manage time among the tasks involved
2. Resources available can be utilized easily.
3. It gives job opportunities.
Disadvantages of project management plan:
1. The cost increases due to the lengthy process.

Small scale research by applying qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Small scale research is helpful in the evaluation of the data collected through primary and
secondary resources. The small-scale research can be conducted by two methods which are
qualitative method and quantitative method of research.
To conduct small scale research, a survey can be conducted where responses of customers and
former employees can be taken regarding the production of Renault and how globalization and
expansion of business affected it.
Qualitative method is used to get the indebt information about the expansion of business due to
globalization and how Renault has responded culturally and economically. And on the other
hand, the quantitative method is used to analyses the already evaluated data and its results can be
used to conduct such small-scale research.
Qualitative is considered above than quantitative method because the data already evaluated in a
quantitative method can be manipulated (Fremeth, 2016).
Evaluate the accuracy and reliability of different research methods.
In this research project, qualitative and quantitative methods are used, which can evaluate data
collected through primary and secondary data collections. Among the two, the qualitative
method provides more indebt analysis of information but on the other hand quantitative method
is much based on evaluated data already. Qualitative is preferred above the quantitative method
because it is more accurate and reliable (Dauth, 2015).
The primary data collected is more accurate for the evaluation and effect of globalization in
Renault motors. The Primary data collections involve survey and questionnaire which is used in
this research project. The secondary data collections involve research papers, journals,
newsletters, etc. which are not reliable.

Analyze the research and data using appropriate tools and techniques.
