INTRODUCTION
Industrial energy system is help for comprises by different networks that help for interact
among each other on the basis of electric, steam, electric power, emissions and fuel sources. For
the present report choosing industry is food industry that is related to cooking, mixing and
refrigeration. The product is related to Dairy milk, that is introduced in 1905 also it has been
estimated by collecting 23.9 million people in greats Britain by focus more on consumed on of
these bars (Elavarasan and Holm-Nielsen, 2020). There are different types of process that are
use for making production, distribution, processing, conversion, preparation, preservation,
transportation, certification and packaging of foodstuff. Further, in the present report there are
significant energy that are using on the basis of renewable energy technologies for the factory by
explaining different features. In addition to this, also net zero emissions for suggesting on the
basis of different method that can be used for renewable energy technologies in order to
complete the goal of net zero.
MAIN BODY
Identification of three most significant energy using processes
There are significant energy use in the food industry such as purchasing and storing with
the help of purchasing milk and other dairy product so that it can cool and store for another
process. It can be store in the refrigerator below 40 degree Celsius also it is related to stores it in
an susceptible to warmer air from opening and closing the door (Harjanne and Korhonen,
2019). Also, in order to maintain the freshness it is necessary for keeping stored in the original
container. Milk can be absorbed with the help of flavours that can be store in fridge, but milk is
ready to drink by keeping in the container on the basis of secure and safe place.
Cooking process
This is the one of the major process which is necessary as well as it is use milk instead
for leading make creamier canned soups for making more nutritious hot chocolate. With the help
of using milk in order to add richness, moisture and tenderness for making dough and other
baking products. The process of cooking it helps to cook eggs with whisking with 2 tablespoons
of milk. In order to make the baking chocolate it helps for using real cocoa solids for ensure
about for getting rich chocolatey flavour with smooth and velvet texture (Shaban and Haruna,
2019). The chocolates is uses for 27% cocoa solids that can be available in white and dark
chocolate in bits, chips and melts.

Mixing process-
This is one of the important process which help for grinding the cocoa nibs on the basis
of cocoa liquor that is unsweetened cocoa mass or chocolate. This process help for generating
dry and heat granular consistency of cocoa nib that can be turned in liquid by process of melting.
Also, after this process the next stage is for mixing with the sugar and butter that help to provide
sweetened, sweet and roller dry in order to make low heat powdered with whole mild is added.
In addition to this, blending cocoa liquor and moulding chocolate can be use in order tos add
milk and sugar by desired fineness (Levenda, Behrsin and Disano, 2021). After blending, it is
completing the another process that is related to final procedure for processing. By these
chocolates can be finally packaged and ready for distribution around the world.
Refrigeration
This is related to the steps that include two or threes steps that include heating and
cooling in the basis of function that are related to countless industries process. There are
different type of standards are followed in this process. For chocolate, it is necessary to use the
process of compression by follow the equipment that are also increases on the basis of working
gas. This is refrigerant by entering into the low pressure and then high pressure. For the liquids
stage it is necessary for using the condensation into saturated liquid state. With the help of
expansion it is necessary for thermal expansion which are help for drop the pressure in order to
leave the condenser.
Renewable energy technologies
Renewable energy are related to solar, wind, hydro, biofuels that are considered as the
transition of less carbon intensive that is more sustainable energy system. Also, renewable
energy technology is help in food industry with the help for solar refrigeration technologies that
is help for cooling process as well as it help for low supply of electricity and the solar power
that is suitable for cooling of food such as chocolate. There are different type of refrigerator are
used such as solar PV and solar thermal. In the Solar PV refrigerator it is related to photovoltaic
system that can be run on the basis of conventional devices (Shahbaz, Raghutla and Vo, 2020).
Also, another technology is related to the solar thermal refrigerator that help for providing the
cooling effect as well as it is necessary for using in the process of making chocolate also it can
be operated on the basis of biogas buts it needs more than 3000 litres of biogas.

Another process of cooling is related to the evaporate cooling devices that can be based
on groceries in orders placing with wet material then it is necessary for evaporation detracts
energy in the form of heat and container with the food. It can be said that it is necessary for using
the technology which is related to the 1.5 billion refrigerators that are using around 100 unit
which are producing per year. This is necessary for using the renewable energy in order to save
the energy as well as it help for improving old design of wind and water powered mills and
presses on the basis of electrical power. Also, instead of using pollutant it is necessary for using
fossil fuels.
Other methods of achieving net zero
Net zero is a concept of reducing or minimizing the greenhouse gases emission which
causes global warming to zero by creating a balance in the amount released in the atmosphere
from various sources with amount stored by the carbon sinks. It is also widely known as the
carbon neutrality and climate neutrality (Davis and et.al., 2018). It is very important to preserve
the environment, and production or manufacturing industry emits so many gases which pollutes
the environment and various technological advancement needs to be adapted by the industries
which can prevents such acts. For the food industry where the focused product is dairy milk,
there are various forms of technological adaptation can be done which can reduce the carbon
emission by zero. As this has the capability to strengthen the brand image of the business as they
are contributing to the environment positivity.
It is being said and proven by many scientists that nuclear energy is a key to achieve the
objective of global net zero, as this can be merged with the renewable energy resources and other
options of low carbon emission. This together enhances a production unit's capacity to use less or
no electricity for the core production or processing activities. Non-electric energy processing in
the dairy milk as it is a perishable good which needs various resources like electricity to process
the milk and store the same (Bonsu, 2020). There can be adaptation of the nuclear energy which
can make the entire process of the processing the milk and storing the same a sustainable aspect.
Further the aim of net zero can be fulfilled by continuously engaging in the resources like
use of electricity backed by the resources other than fossil fuels. Like using vehicles for the
transportation and supply of the goods which are battery backed and not backed by the fossil
fuels. Choosing decarbonization for each and every business process in the factory, such as the
cloud technology which helps in minimizing the space that gets consumed in keeping the data

storage further reviewing the sustainability of eh entire infrastructure in other factory premises.
As every process should be automatized using efficient form of energy which incorporates the
sustainability. There should be a supply chain resilience which supports various measures like
technological innovation which reduces the carbon emission and in long term it supports the
objective of net zero.
CONCLUSION
It has been concluded that using the techniques which captures the carbon and use the
same to neutralize residual emissions. It ensures a habitable planet for future generations to
come. Electricity and fossil fuels are the major natural sources which are consumed by the
factories and it results into emission of a lot of harmful gases which affects the environment
(Bataille, 2020). Hence, electricity can be replaced or reduced by the battery backed process and
use of fossil fuels for various processes can be eliminated by nuclear energy which is combined
with the renewable energy resources as together it can enhance the net zero objective in both
long and short term.
