Introduction
Here the assessment consist of the case study which is about the rental property and the task
was t create the entity-relationship diagram which is according to the case study. There are
entities present and the attributes are present which will have the business rule and
assumptions of the ERD which are taken to build the ERD. There is a tool used called as
Draw.io.

Assumptions:
1. There was a many-to-many relationship which has been removed. This was
present in the owner and property which is removed.
2. There are primary key made for the unique identification and this is present at
almost all tables.
3. There is the property ID which is a primary key for the property entities.
4. There is a manager who will supervise the manager and other staff.
5. In property manager ID there Is one-to-many relationship present which foreign
key.
6. The property manager will be going to manage various properties.
7. The owner will have multiple properties which are available on rent (Link, &
Prade, 2019).

Conclusion
The ERD has been generated according to the case study demand. The ERD have
covered all the things which the case study wants. The tool draw.io was simple and
easy to use. There are also assumptions explained which are needed at the time of
ERD.
