different users. this research study states to develop the entity-relationship diagram in order to
have the different entities which are been associated with the rental properties. The ER diagram
consists of the different entities and each of the entity is having the different attributes and
properties. The ER diagram is given in this research study in order to display the relationships
among each of the entities.

The ER diagram consists of the different entities which are used to show the relationship among
each of the entities. The rental property management system consists of the different entities
which are involved with it. Those entities have been described in the ER diagram. ER diagram of
the rental property management system has been developed using the different aspects in order to
show those aspects the description of the different entities and their attributes have been provided
below.
Property: this entity consists of the different properties which are available in a
particular area for sale or on rent for the users. The users need the property for investment
or for living purposes. The property entity consists of the different attributes those
attributes are Type of the property, ID of the particular property, contact address for the
property, rent property, Total bathrooms, Available date of the property, Pictures of the
property, total bedrooms, total bathrooms in the property. This data is necessary for
keeping the records of the particular property.
Customer: this entity is one of the major entities of the property management system in
order to manage the customers who purchased the different properties on rent from the
owners. The entity customer is having the different attributes which are the name of the
customer, ID of the customer who is purchasing the property. Another attribute of the
customer is the address of the customer to maintain customer records in the property
management system.
Property on rent: this entity might consist of the information of the different properties
which are available on the rent to the different users in order to buy the rented properties
the users search for them on the property management systems. The properties on rent
entity consist of the different attributes they are Owner ID, contract ID, start date, end
date, rents, property ID and the ID of the customer. This entity is dependent on the
property entity.
Manager of Project: this entity consists of all the details about the manager who was
involved in the development of that particular construction project in order to guide the
workers of the project for more effective and efficient development. The manager

consists of the particular attributes which are the ID of the manager, Name of the
manager as well as the Phone number of the manager.
Workers: the worker is the entity who works for the completion of the property
constructions in order to perform the different tasks the workers are been required. The
Worker ID, charge per day of the worker, name of the worker, date of completion of the
project, as well as M ID of the worker. There are two types of worker entities which are
given below.
Repairing worker: the repairing workers repairs the different things which are broken or
are not able to be used. The repairing worker consists of the single attributes which are
the type of repair which is done by the worker.
External worker: the external worker is the employee of the particular construction firm
which is involved in the overall process of the construction work so that the construction
task should be performed this entity consists of the particular attributes which are named
as a type of employee.
Property application: the property application is used in the development of the project
which is used to take the permissions. The property application entity consists of the
different attributes they are the date of applying for the property, Application number of
the property, availability status of the property, type of the property, and ID of the
property manager who manages the overall tasks of the property.
Owner: the owner is also one of the main entities of the property management systems
who give their properties to the different users. The owner of the property consists of the
following attributes which are Owner ID, Owner Name, address of the owner, email of
the owner, contact number of the owner. The data consists of the personal details of the
property owner.

Conclusion
From this research study, it has been concluded that the property management system should be
made in order to sell the rented properties. The ER diagram has been drawn of the property
management system so that the different properties which are available on rent should be easily
managed. The ER diagram shows the different relations of the different entities which are
available to the different users. all the aspects are explained in the assumption part which has
been discussed above.
