To Mr. Landlord
I am writing the letter to you with respect to rental pay recommendation. I am Mbuto, I am
having my own house there in my town. My son is living with me from so long, over time,
circumstances are getting changed, and he is having sort of issues living in such small house with
limited facilities. I had been in respected services and having good reputation in my town. Our
family is known for their honesty and higher values which are imparted by me in my child too.
I am aware of the boy from so long, he is a very responsible person who pays all his dues on time
with maintaining proper responsibility. There are strong norms about cleanness in my house and
I found him very sincere about it. As he has been instructed to keep the house clean and maintain
it as own, he has aligned with the all suggested rules, norms. He used to pay $200 rent every
week. I am not having any such memory when he missed paying the rent amount.
I can assure you that you would not be having any peril pertaining to cleanness of house. In our
house we used to clean and sweep it thrice a day so can keep it shining. We are having our pre-
intended rules for cleaning parking, toilet, bathroom, kitchen etc. I firmly believe that he will be
practising the same and would not let you show off any concern.
While being together I have closely observed him and his wife, kids. They are having issues
since our house is having limited space, and they are not much comfortable there. Being a family
there is need to provide ease to kids so can make them thrive but it seems impossible to stay here
in small sized accommodation. Kids are also not too small they are having understanding, so
they would not be deteriorating the walls of house.
The main reason of moving form our house to Australia is looking up better opportunities. He is
expecting my recommendation in order to get better house so can live there with comfort. In
Australia, it is very difficult to get a good house with all facilities, he found your house as same
as he was looking for. I assure you about rental payments and cleanness of house. I further assure
that without articulating anything about cleaning or payment they will comply with severe
attention.

Finally, I firmly believe that the above qualities of my son what I shared with you are true to my
best knowledge and these all qualities will pave way to make him a good and loyal tenant. If you
allow him to be your tenant then definitely it would be a good decision for you and will serve
your interests as a landlord.
