In order to gain effective success in the organisation, management requires managing all
business activities and function in such manner so as it can attain the desired objective within a
time period. In this manner, manger plays a very crucial role who is responsible to manage and
monitor each business activities and arrange them such effective manner so as outcome can
attain. Managing business activities are the process of managing all functions and activities in
such manner so as it can attain its objective within time period. For this objective effective
business practices, policies, system and structure of business is very important through which
business activities and function manage by the management (Achtenhagen, Melin and Naldi,
2013). The following project report provides a depth knowledge and understanding about the
business operation and how management of ABC company manage the business activities to
attain the objective. As per the scenario, ABC company is a recruitment firm which provides an
opportunity to employees for employment. In order to attain its objective, company design the
quality culture, SMART objectives and system to mange and monitor quality standards specified
with context of ABC company.

1.1 Evaluation of interrelationship between process and functions of ABC Ltd.
The process and functions of a business firm have a great relationship which is dependent
on the structure and culture of the workplace. Every organisation has a particular structure
according to which the process and functions are decided to be performed. Thus, it results into an
interrelationship between all the operations. The structure of ABC Ltd. is composed of various
departments like marketing, finance, HR, R&D, operations and IT. Each department is supposed
to perform different functions and carry out the processes that have been instructed by the
managers (Trevino and Nelson, 2010). As per the functions performed by any one department,
there is a significant role played by another department in it. For instance, in ABC Ltd, for the
function of performing a recruitment process, the initiative will be taken by HR department. This
operation will be performed by the support of various other departments as well. In this process,
the finance department will aid by setting budgets so that all expenses of advertisement and

the business objective. Under this plan, I need to analyse the internal and external
business environment of organisation. I require assessing and evolute the business as well
as employees performance (Anttila and Jussila 2013). In this manner I will analyse
employees strength and weakness and also analyse external threats and challenges of
venture. Conduct training and development programs-After analysing the strength and weakness
of personnels with in the organisation, in the next stage I will organise the training and
development programs for employees so as they can learn new skills, ability and
knowledge about the working in the organisation. My major objective of this plan is to
provide an opportunity to employees for improving their existing performance and
knowledge at workplace.
