INTRODUCTION
Different businesses has different meanings for the success. In many companies, success
is seen as quarterly financial result while in other, success is defined or seen as the customer
services. To ensure general success there are specific activities to perform that can be created or
implant in the company. Some of the activities can be staff meeting, creating business plan,
managing employees, selling of the products, hiring outside vendors, team building, appreciation
and balancing books (Campbell and Reyes-Picknell, 2015). Managing successfully a business, is
the key to build and growth of the business. The solution to a successful management is to
analyse the market surroundings or environment and growth of the business. A business cannot
survive without management as it is a means of support for the company, with minimum efforts
it gives maximum efforts. For achieving the goals of the company it is important to have a good
management system. A business work in a constantly changing environment as it is dynamic in
nature (Carayannis, Sindakis and Walter, 2015). Due to the changes in the business environment,
risks and opportunities are created for the growth. Management also creates team work and team
spirit in the organisation by creating a sound organisational structure.

1.1 Interrelationship between different processes and functions of the company
Organisational structure defines as how the activities are performed to achieve the
organisational goals such as allocation of the resources, supervision and the coordination
(Ceptureanu, 2015). Organisations should be innovative, creative flexible and efficient in order
to achieve sustainable targets. Organisational structure can be said as a ladder or hierarchy of the
designations of the company and also can be considered as the outlook through which an
individuals view the organisation and the environment (Chang, 2016). Following are the
different organisational structure:
1) Staff organisational structure: The managers have the direct authority to achieve the
organisational goals this structure is also known as functional authority (Christopher,
2011.).

2) Line organisational structure: A line organisation has a vertical relationships between
different levels in the organisation (Christopher, 2016). It includes production and
marketing. In this the authority follows the chain of instructions. The decision making
process is very fast and simple to understand.
3) Line or staff organisational structure: Many large organisations have this kind of
organisational structure, these have direct as well as vertical relationship between
different levels and also assist line managers (Cook, and Wolverton, 2015).

3) Matrix organisational structure: It is a constant and permanent organisation made to attain
the organisational goals by using the terms of specialist from different levels in the

Business process mapping means all the activities that are involved in interpreting what a
company does and who are responsible, what are the standard of completing the business and
how it can be successful(Ibrahim, 2015). The main objective of process mapping, is to make
company more efficient. Clear and comprehensive process map permits the outside firm to come
in and view, whether the improvements can made or not in the present process(Kobersy, 2015).
It also helps to determine and compare the objectives along with the company's objectives so that
all the processes are collaborated with the company's values, ethics and its capabilities(Luning,
2015). It helps in several important business goals is training, internal auditing, improvement in
the business process, clarity of role. It is not limited to a single department or functions of the
business. The company have to use the different steps so that they can complete the mapping in
time and by that they can attain the goals and objectives. Different steps are:
First, the company have to put the advertisement for which post they have to do
recruitment. Then they have to collect the applications and then they have to close the posting
when the applications should be collected(Monczka, 2015). Then after that they have to review
the applications which are collected and then they have to short list and after that the manager of
ABC company have to take the preliminary test of the shortlist candidates. Along with this they
