Communication barrier are defined as all such hurdles that reduces effectiveness of
communication. This report is based on the case study of communication barriers associated
with children’s. Henceforth, this report emphasis on different communication barrier
associated with children’s. All the required skills in order to overcome the barrier will also
present. Suitable resources will also analyse in order to overcome barriers.

People face plenty of barriers at the time making any communication with any
children. Due to childhood following barriers becomes a part of communication process of
children’s.
Lack of understanding: Lack of understanding is among the major barriers associated with
the child’s communication with any individual. Communication process immensely depends
upon the understanding level of all the individuals involved in the communication process
(Bateman and Robinson, 2019). Due to lack of understanding children’s many times not able
to understand the meaning of sentences and thoughts involved in the communication.
Children’s are very immature due to young age which restricts them to understand the
communication process properly.
Lack of interest: Children’s also face lack of interest for making proper communication. In
order to work with children’s most of the times lack of interest is associated in case of
making communication with old age peoples in the society. Children’s get easily connect
with other people similar to the age group of children’s due to share the similar level of
understanding. In case of older people children’s face the issue of lack of interest that create
huge hurdle in making effective communication.
Physical barrier: Children’s also face physical barriers in order to make effective
communication. Physical barriers involve hearing problems and other disabilities. Due to
small age many times children’s not get able to speak properly that also misleads the other
person inviolve in communication. In small age many times children’s face problems like
stammering which also restricts the effectiveness of the communication in childhood.

Based on the personal experience it can be stated that communication plays an
effective role in improving overall personality of children’s. Childhood is the growth stage of
individual in which many skills and abilities face growth process. Due to immaturity in
children’s they get to face plenty of hurdles and problems in making an effective
communicating with other individuals in society. I have identified in process to work with
children’s that they also do not aware about the needs of effective communication which also
not drives children’s in putting efforts towards making an effective communication. I have
experienced that most of the children’s issues while spending time with them that behind
making an effective communication is due to lack of awareness in respect to the need of
communication in human life. Technological advancement in the society also causes to some
issues in order to make an effective communication. I have noticed while dealing with
children’s that children’s in today’s generation are very much involved with playing games
over internet or other outdoor games. Due to putting plenty of time in playing games on
internet children’s dio not gets much time in socialising with other people in society. I have
also experienced that there is a huge differences in perception between children’s and other
age group people in society. Due to uncommon perceptions children’s do not get connect
with other people belong to other age group do not get connected. Lack of connection at
emotional level becomes one of the major hurdles for children’s in doing communication
with others.
CONCLUSION
This report have summarised about different hurdles children’s face in making an
effective communication. Hurdles can also be segregated into lack of understanding, lack of
