important area of learning. Giving proper references and mentioning specific sources where
data has been taken from must be analysed (Coffelt and Smith, 2020).
Apart from the academic areas, in the professional life also it has a major role to play
as it teaches an individual how to use proper grammar so that the audience or the target
individual must understand the data or information in the exact manner, they are supposed to
understand it. Correct use of various dimensions of the language such as the grammar,
punctuation, spellings, gestures, paralinguistic etc as this makes an important part of the
communication. When an individual is intelligent yet unable to clearly put forward this or her
thoughts and understanding it is considered to be very poor writing skills of the individual
(van der Vleuten and et.al., 2019). And having such poor skills can negatively impact on the
career and professional lie of the individual. When a persona appears for the interview and
job recruitment program, there also they need to have very good writing skills as unbale to
properly express the knowledge of the topic may result in to poor self-representation of the

help remembering things fir the longer period of times. Writing is important when
information is very important and is precise enough for people to remember. As those things
which are in written tends to be remembered for a longer period of time comparatively to
those things which are in speech figure. It helped in widening of the knowledge base. An
individual tends to develop the reading skills way before leaning how to write, and important
part is that the things you read are written and presented in such way or format which makes
it very easy for the people to understand (Kirca and Bademli, 2019) . Therefore, it is very
important to have writing skills which improve the comprehension of the other people and

only when the writing ability and skills are properly in place. As attention must be given to

have really bad scorecard. In schools, students must focus on taking proper classes which

may be by the teacher, professors in the schools and university which have enough
