INTRODUCTION
Today's time is known as information age of digital era. This is the time in which every
thing has become automated and is on digital platform (Akrim, 2018). Digital arena is very
beneficial for all types of activities in today's world. Some of advantages includes, low cost
incurred, wide range of coverage, authentic information from large pool of sources. Furthermore,
there are various other things that enforces the need to install online programs in the place. These
factors are Communication technologies are continuing to advance enabling high quality, real-
time engagement with distributed teams and communities, Big Data is becoming prevalent in
every aspect of a business. It is the large-scale gathering of information stored in massive data
warehouses. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning platforms are being used in
procurement, marketing, and financial technologies along with many other business applications,
Routine work is increasingly being automated and Open source style communities are solving
problems, sharing ideas and giving feedback. This report focuses on reflecting the learning
process throughout the module of learning process in e-portfolio. There are various skills and
qualities that are useful for demonstrating the learning activities of the module.
MAIN BODY
There is never enough time in a day. All individual has same 24 hours in a day. But some
people achieve so much within that time. This is because of good Time management. Time
management is the process of dividing time between various activities. It is organising and
planning of time. It increases individual efficiency, effectiveness and productivity. Good time
management helps the individual in working smarter and manage its time. If someone falls to
mange its time then he also loose effectiveness and also it causes stress. There are some core
skills of time management which are scheduling, prioritise, and focusing. Using time
management involves how a person spend and mange his activities (Gonzalez-Sanmamed and
et.al., 2020). This system includes various tools, techniques and methods to manage the time for
performing several activities. Benefits of working with good time management is grater
productivity, better professional reputation, great opportunities for achieving career goals etc.
This skill of time management is being demonstrated while learning the activity of getting up an
running. This is the activity in which I have to manage my whole day activities in such a
manner that all things are scheduled in most efficient manner as possible. This arrangement

should be done keeping in mind the objective of gaining highest possible productivity possible in
the place.
Team work is a persons ability to work with a group of people. It a vital skill which a
company want in each of its employee (Hashim, 2018). It comes out when individuals corporate
and use their skills to achieve a common goal of the group. It is important for ones success at
work. It helps in achieving the task efficiently and effectively also creating a happy and joyful
working environment. An organisation focussing a good team work are typically high
functioning and have a healthy workplace. It helps in developing the ability to communicate
well, listen carefully, be honest and responsible. It can be improved in following ways:
 Getting honest feedbacks- Getting true feedbacks from friends, colleagues or mentors
about the individual's teamwork strength and weakness will help in improving it.
 Practice- Stay focused on your teamwork skills throughout the day both in and out of the
work place and takes steps to practice this skill and develop your personality.
 Mimic individuals with strong teamwork skills- learn from the person having a strong
teamwork skills, evaluate self current skills and begin to enhance your skills by giving
appropriate time, efforts and practice.
This skill of team work is being used in the activity of finding the right tool for the
right job. It is important in an organizational setup that each and every resource is allocated the
task which compliments its aptitudes and capabilities. This process can be achieved through
being a strong participant in a team. This will facilitate me to analyse strong and weak points of
each and every team member. Through demonstration of this skill, I have learnt the activity very
well.
Reflection and self reflection is the process of evaluating oneself. Through this process,
I will be able to monitor my strengths and weaknesses, so that I will be able to plan for future
prospects in career and also personal roles (Muhazir and Retnawati, 2020). This will lead to
gather more information so as to improve my skills and capabilities. This skill is being
demonstrated by me in learning process of continuing my digital journey. This decision is
based on the fact that whether my capabilities suit my future planning of journey in digital arena.
Reflection and self reflection is the main skill that will be demonstrated in the process of learning
the module of continuing my digital journey.

Next in the row is learning the module of staying safe online. This module demonstrates
the quality of physical literacy. It is basically the process in which the motivation, confidence,
physical competence, knowledge, and understanding to value and take responsibility for
engagement in physical activities for life (Samuel, Onasanya and Yusuf, 2019). This skill has
helped me to get up and take active part in gaining knowledge that will help me to safe during
my online stay in the digital era. Physical literacy is important to learn this module. As an
individual, I have learnt that while being available on online platform, I should be aware of
different factors, such as, viruses, malware, etc. In addition to this, I should be physically literate
and be lock my confidential information with passwords and different security codes. There are
various factors those should be considered to protect data in online mode. These ways are listed
below:
 personal information should be kept limited and in professional limits. This means they
should be not be leaked to everyone in the place.
 Privacy settings should be reviewed from time to time. This will help me to update my
system from any viruses and malware, so that they do not harm the system.
 Browsing should be made from safe sites so that there is no unwanted entry in the
system.
 Internet connection should be secure and no unsecure VPN connection should be used to
browse for private information.
 Downloads should be from authentic sources so that they are not bringing any harmful
connections with them.
Presentations and E-portfolio's- In the time period of my learning I put focus on learning and
enhancing my presentation skills. I find that this skill is quite important in this changing business
environment as uncertain situation take place at any point. Whiling learning presentation skills I
come to develop my physical literacy and team work skills. As while making presentation I have
to collect data and have to conduct primary research which involves communication with many
people in order to know their viewpoint (Sharma, 2018). This activity helped in improving the
communication skills as whiling interacting with other people I come to know people their way
of thinking. Moreover I come to known the importance of team work. While working in team I
come to learn many new things and able to enhance my present skills. The work get completed
on time with due efficiency and effectiveness. I come to know that I am quite good listener as

while working in team have different view points and have different way of doing things. So it
become very important to established effective communication and understand view of people so
that effective strategy can be formulated to come the take on time (Smythe, 2018). I come to
learn how to create E-portfolio as it provides effective results and task are competed on time. E-
portfolio basically contains the work which need to be performed in order to become organised
and complete the task on time. I come to enhance my time management skills as carry or
performing work according to E-portfolio helped me in become organised and I come to know
the importance of time.
Blog- In my learning time duration I come to get familiar with new concept that is blog. I find it
quite interesting and want to learn this concept. I put focus on learning blog writing for one
whole week where I come to known that in order to write effective blog one should use simple
language and easy words as people prefer reading such blogs. As with increasing number of
businesses and the focus of every business is to shift to digitalization so everyone is taking help
from blog writing in order to establish their business in online market and to get the organic
results. Most commonly used search engines are Google, Bing and Yahoo. These search engine
have lot of content and many blogs are been posted on these search engines hence one need to be
very careful while writing blog. In the process of learning I come to learn and develop the critical
thinking skills as it is quite important while writing the blog as there are many blogs which are
existing on the same topic. The creative and critical thinking skills helps in generating better
ideas and help in creating the good quality and attractive content. The content which is good
helps in attracting large number of potential viewers and I able to improve my thinking and
writing skills.
Report writing: Report is a sharp, short and concise document that written for a particular
purpose. It basically helps in set out as well as analyse a specific situation or any problem in
order to make recommendations for further improvements. Thus, it is required for an individual
to improve their critical writing approach that may help in easily write a report. Critical writing
is a crucial aspect that aid to make a sentence or a paragraph more impressive by evaluating the
arguments and evidences (Syaiful and et.al., 2019). Thus it is needed for students to evaluate
different sources in order to manage the information appropriately for report writing. One major
think that they require to consider is to start report writing by introducing the topic as well as
ends up it with conclusion. In the main paragraph of the report requires to include critical

thinking, critical writing and argument related language in order to analyse the major outcomes
relevant to the topic. All these practices will assist in enhancing the writing skill of individual in
order to represent their ideas and thoughts in more representative manner (Sylla and et.al., 2019).
Data and information- I come to learn about data and information collection in one of the week
as it is important in the education ads well as in professional life. Whiling preparing report or
conducting any work research is important as for knowing the facts and figures on have to
arrange data and information. I come to learn that data and information play important role as it
helps in better understanding and desire results are obtain. I come to learn that there is large
amount of data available on various sources hence the most difficult task is to acquire the right
and acquire data as per the requirements. I come to learn and develop the identification and sense
of place skills as it helps in acquiring the desire data on time. I come to know that with the use of
appropriate data and information the effective results are obtain. Although I find this work very
time consuming and frustrating but also come to know how important this is to get the things
done in the first attempt. With the use of accurate information the changes of mistake and errors
are very less and it saves the extra efforts and time (Wyckhuysa nd et.al., 2018).
CONCLUSION
From the above study it has been concluded that one should focus learning and gaining as
much possible knowledge and information as it provides benefit in near future. Moreover one
with appropriate set of skills and abilities would able to carry the operations in most effective
and efficient manner. In this changing environment where new technologies are taking place on
frequent bases one need to be prepared in advance to deal with them. With the help of effective
learning skills one can learn and improve its current performance and skills as it helps in
accomplishing the desire goals and objectives.
