INTRODUCTION
Employability refers to a specific task and having a set of skills, knowledge, understanding, and
personal attributes that make graduates more likely to gain employment and be successful in
their chosen occupation. This is important for each individual to have the right skills and abilities
to work that can help to increase performance and productivity. This is the activity of analysing
the skills and abilities of people and indulging them in business activities. Employability
evaluation task depends on employer thoughts where it came to know what people would get the
best opportunity for doing something (Shadmehr, and et.al., 2019).
The report is based on my reflection where I am sharing my knowledge and skills that
were used to understand a project and complete it in a certain period. According to me, having
transferable and employability skills is a good opportunity for me and another individual as it
develops understanding and managing all activities. To have the right information and data is
important for me which is used to arrange all projects and attain higher productivity. The report
is classified into three sections that involve reflection on the relationship between relevant
theory, the implication of experiences, skills, competence, and knowledge. Moreover, reflection
involves learning from work-related experiences to future goals and career plans which I gained.
MAIN BODY
PART 1 Critically reflect on the relationship between relevant theory and practice in a work-
related context
To manage a task and business there is a need to have good relation which could be used to
understand the problems, arise while working and affect the activities. This is important for each
organization to understand what is happening in changing environment and how things are going
to set a business. When I was studying at London University, I came to know about different
aspects and courses that could be learn to develop an understanding of a particular task.
Theory and practices of reflection is defined an as important fundamental human concept that
makes sure clear thinking, managing working and reducing human tendencies emotional bias.
This can be considered as an adaptable process where ideas can be used in many concepts such
as learning, training and self-development. I have used the reflection theory such as social
learning, and system theory to understand college event and reduce tendencies or emotional bias
(Peña‐Ayala, 2018).

The relationship between theory and practice in social work is interconnected to the
practices which are used by an individual to share their knowledge and ability to work.
Reflection theory and practices are influencing each other and support aging all activities
effectively. Reflection practices involve actual observation, experiment, and operation which I
used to manage college event where number of people came at there and all functions
effectively. The reflection theory and practices needed in social work where it helped to
understand needs of society and people who were live around them and provide suggestions to
complete them effectively (Zhang, and et.al., 2019).
The importance of theory to educational practices is developing the ability to understand
how students learn and best wats to teach them. According to me, reflection theory is needed in
educational practices which I have used to develop an understanding of how others learn and the
best way to teach others. This helps to create confidence in managing work and doing any work
effectively by developing learning and understanding properly.
Benefits of applying learning theory while developing education strategies is to develop
insights that how people will learn and way to describe, explain, analyse and predict learning.
This is important for people to focus on their learning and analyse data that can help to make the
right decision and manage each function. I have used the learning theory at the time of
improving educational strategies that helped me to man make informed decisions on, share with
the team, and deliver learning that can help to manage the functions (Alemi, and Tajeddin,
2020).
As I worked with the education hub and gain work experience that helped me to
contribute in studies and develop an understanding of managing all workings. As I focused on
Buck’s graduate attributes developed innovative leadership skills in professional and creative
capacities. To manage work and tasks it is important to have to get participation in learning
programs and strategies that can help to improve the learning aspects and develop the confidence
to use all skills to complete the project. This also helps to improve learning under the labor
market and make positive impacts on global aspects. For example, I have worked in Tesco as an
relationship management where I have created good relations with employees and customers by
applying social learning theory that supported me to complete the goals.
Skills give work experience to me that I used to handling project which was assigned by a
tutor while studying and build confidence to get more task. Some skills used to gain experiences

in managing organizational working and any projects such as volunteering skills,
communication, collaboration, leadership, time management and problem-solving skills (Cowan,
2020).
PART 2 Evaluation of implications of own experience, skills, competencies, and knowledge in a
work-related setting
After completing education and degree courses, I have started to analyse own skills and
abilities that could be used to manage working. It is important for students and individuals to
understands the particular goal and give a contribution to managing the work that supports to
develop understanding and managing all activity that supports to complete the project timely.
This is important for each student to improve their learning and manage the functions which are
needed to complete their education as well as business related project. The reflection theory is
defined as an idea where human knowledge and actions showing the real world, could help to
manage all functions. As I was working at the workplace where my senior has assigned me a
project to improve organizational performance by bringing changes and arranging people in right
place. I have evaluated that my experience of working in education hub and other places was
valuable for me which I used to understand the issues arising while working as it might affect the
working. If I did not work earlier then it would be difficult for me to learn about employer
expectations and the work world. This helped me to know strengths, weaknesses, family
background, and passions by getting chances and managing the work. I used my working
experience to arrange all resources and capabilities in the assigned work that developed an
understanding of the improving business performance project This helped me to create a good
working environment and applying learning theory (Pianelli, and et.al., 2020).
Skills and competence is most important support relation individual which uses to analyse
the goals, given by seniors and supports to accomplish them. For example, If I do not have skills
abilities in relation to particular work then it would be challenging to complete the work and
manage the work effectively. Skill are basis learning that gain through learning or with direct
experiences in individual’s life and bring changes if required. While working in organization I
analysed my skills as I was much good in communicate with people, project collaboration,
decision making, leadership and time management skills that is transferable and employment
skills which I have used to handle education project and managing all performance I used my
communication skills to share knowledge and opinion with other. Without communication, it

will be difficult for me to handle the project separately because it has involved multiple tasks
which need to be done at right time. I felt that I was able to speak in a common and specific
language that supported me to understand the goal of the workplace and given a contribution to
complete the work. Collaboration skill is related to maintaining good relations with other people
and members that supported me work properly. This became important for me to develop
relationship skills as it supports managing all workings. Leadership skills are also important for
me which I have used to lead my team members who were indulged in activities or projects of
the Tesco. I also analysed that I was much good in leadership as I built a team and allocated the
work by providing proper guidance and managing changes effectively. This supported me to
develop an understanding of “how will people learn more smoothly” and how they get ready to
accept the changes while working in any organization. I was also good in problem-solving skill
which used by me to know the specific problem that occurred while working and stated there is a
need to bring changes that could help to solve issues. While working in an organization, I faced
the issue of team conflicts and reducing business performance that directly affected the working.
This issue has resolved by me by analysing all business performance and motivated team
members by providing various benefits that supported to develop the understanding and build
confidence and made me more confident about handling any project. This also develops an
understanding that I would get the best future opportunities after using my skills, competence,
and knowledge which I gained in context to the workplace (Cotronei-Baird, 2020).
PART 3 Reflection on applying learning from work-related experiences to future goals and
career plans.
Work experience is termed to workplace practice that uses to handling more project or
organizational working for the purpose of developing career. This could be incidental for me to
receive a project and complete it within time period. While working in Tesco it became
important for to develop own skills in which I was weak such as accepting challenges, academic
skills, management skills and ICT skills which I improved by following my seniors. To focusing
towards CW1, I have analysed that learning is the important part in individual’s life as it lighting
on existing skills and working by introducing new one. (Luo, Murray, and Crompton, 2017).
While working I have applied the learning theory which helped me to gain my knowledge
and skill in a particular field. This also supported me to bring changes in each working if any
issues rises. Learning is most important for me as it helps to get necessary skills through learning

and knowledge so that, goals could be achieved effectively. Learning and development skill used
by me to know the assigned project while working and bringing the changes that helped to
manage each work and increase performance. All the learning, skills, knowledge, and experience
which I gained while doing college event and working in Tesco. This will provide me with future
opportunities to get good employment and attain the goal that needs to complete in the future
period. This working in Tesco and handling education project supported me to develop more
understanding and skills about a working and responsibilities. To work in the organization and
using learning theory is good aspect for me as it improved my learning and skills in which I was
weak. I feel that I could handle any complexities in future and manage the working effectively
(Minocha, Tudor, and Tilling, 2017).
CONCLUSION
From the report, it can be concluded that reflection is the practice of sharing own
knowledge and understanding about a particular topic. Learning theory is indicated as the source
of verifying instructional strategies that use by individuals too to manage each work and attain
higher performance. Social learning theory is related to maintaining the relationship between
people and employers who get ready to work at the workplace by acceptance changes and
managing roles.
