Employability skills are considered as the skills that go beyond the experience and
qualification (Mathew, and Rodrigues, 2017). (Mathew, and Rodrigues, 2017). Thy are also
known as the building blocks of an individual's career. It also focuses on the time management
skills,communication skills and team work and many other employees skills which helps to
create the success of the firm.

to be an effective team member and perform the job roles in an desired manner it is must that
they have skills to work in an team. The advantage of team working is that it fosters creativity
and learning, as in an team there e so many members and all of them have different ideas and
thoughts, and through that new innovative and creative plan can be made (Dong,.and
