material , activities and growth of workers within an organisation. When this approach of
employee well being is applied at workplace , it indicates an individual view or opinion on their
well being that should prevail. The other definition of employee well being which is given in the
article is that employees well being can be judged on their basis of the quality of their work and
which can be effected by several factors in a company. This approach of employee well being
assist manager in identifying the various issues that have direct effect or influence on individual
performance within an enterprise. The purpose of the employee well being strategy is to support
person in enhancing well being and improving performance at workplace. Employee well being
in the articles is defined in terms of three dimensions such as relationship , health and happiness
whicvh have direct link with business performance (Kim, Erp, Josette, Gevers, Sonja Rispens
and Evangelia Demerouti,2017)

The role of human resource manager in a company is to provide several benefits to
business as well as employees within a firm. The paramount models within Human resource

improve well‐being and a positive employment relationship, proposing that both elements are

this factor helps business entity as well as organisation a chance to improve performance. It also
