I would like to report the corrupted and fraudulent activities of AB school. AB school enrolled
me with the following false information:
1) The school informed me that the Government would extend the period of education benefit
due to its cheaper tuition than regular college; however, it turned out to be untrue.
2) The school notified that it comprises of certified Microsoft, Adobe and Accounting Quick
Book Instructors, but in reality, they have no instructor and therefore make the students indulge
in self-learning with the help of books, because the owner is the sole person who runs the
institution. She is the admin, recruiter and even instructor of the school.
As I mentioned, the owner runs AB school all by herself and she has been abusing her position
throughout. She either release students early or cancels the class several times if she has dental or
legal appointments. The classes have been called off several times for she had to attend her
mother’s court hearings. She does not devote her time to the students at all. She orders the
students to install printers and internet connections. The students were forced to assemble
computer desktop in classroom. The students were ordered to move her personal furniture and
cabinets to her mother’s office in the same building and then released the students early as a
consolation and compensation. She showed “Mississippi Burning”, an inappropriate movie in the
class, spoke about the history of white supremacy and black dominancy and supported racism.
She enrolls student on any random day without proper registration process and put the students
having different curriculum in the same class. In this way, the new students could not learn as
per the scheduled curriculum. She closes the school for a week for Thanksgiving and around
three weeks for Christmas and New Year holiday, yet never reports the Government for school

breaks. She even told us that she gives money to students for holidays, which is false. She
showed me the files and records of previous students and intimidated me by informing that they
failed the course and enrolled repeatedly. I was advised to fail the course so that I could re-enroll
in the same course and get the educational benefits by her. When I complained about these issues
recently, she advised me to quit and promised to refund the tuition fees. However, later on she
had a word with one of her sources from the Government sector and dismissed me without any
official counseling or documentation that bears my signature. I was sent a termination letter
recently that asserts a false story about me from the school. I am a victim of AB school’s
fraudulent activities and retaliation. I have been mistreated and harassed by the owner ever since
I enrolled with the school and lastly I was wrongfully terminated for speaking against such
mistreatment, harassment and fraudulent activities. When I approached the Government agent
who was a friend of the AB school’s owner for help, I was sent away, exclaiming that I should
opt for some other school. The Government agent alleges that my complaint was deceiving.
Therefore, I seek help from the higher authority through this report. I am baffled by the thought
that this is the condition of a Government authorized institution where the students are being
cheated every day. I would like to appeal for an investigation on AB school’s fraudulent
activities.
