1. It was the leadership event when I interviewed the CEO of a renowned company. He
was an experienced man with the expertise of handling the company’s affair in the
most strategic manner. in the leadership event there were other leadership participants
who participated in the global summit event (Hamilton).
The most interesting aspect of the event was that the speakers related their personal
level experiences to their professional journey. They discussed that how some of the
events have transformed them into the positive individuals and made them the top
leaders of the industry. They have also mentioned the peer support to be of highest
help in achieving their professional goals. Before, the start of the event, I researched
about the speaker who was the CEO of Samsung company. I was aware from the
starting about what he would be speaking on. In the event, I listened to him with
great attention about the leadership qualities that are required to succeed as a great
leader. After the event was over, I asked for his advice, on which he guided me to
follow my passion.
2. The news from the student government association meeting was to bring the
happiness program at the campus. The most important and interesting meeting the
body makes was to bring the provision for happiness program where the students can
exercise and mediate. It had also decided to build on the counselling room where the
students feel free to discuss their issues.
There were various key speakers in the room. The speakers were mostly the social
workers working for promoting the mental and physical well-beings of the students at
the campus. they have previously organized various other programs to promote the
cause of happiness in the best manner possible. The key speakers included:

3. The safety on campus is the biggest issues at the campus of AMSC and other schools.
In the campus there had been issues of violence previously where the students were
attacked by the mob with guns. In the recent incident of violence, one of the children
were killed by the gunshot on the pretext of cyber bulling. Besides these issues, at the
campus there is no restrictions for the outsiders to enter in the outside area of the
campus thus resulting in more chaos (Howieson). Such incidents were reported to me
by the security staff presented at the campus who witness such safety issues every
single day. The secondary sources such as internet and newspaper had been of great
help to me which conveyed me about the ongoing violence at the campuses. Even at

the campus of AMSC, one of the high school students was brutally attacked by the
group leading me completely injured. These incidents have instigated fear in the
students and parents thus affecting their studies and other career objective in the long
run. Many of the students reported being mentally depressed with the act. It becomes
of outmost importance to tackle the situation in the best possible manner.
