INTRODUCTION
Academic research and writing is very important for the prediction for the future events.
These research are carried out in a organisation to formulate the plans for the business firms and
companies. These research are done in order to find the suitable conclusions for the difficult
problems. Academic research helps in investigating a problem and to identify the best possible
solutions to deal with it (Altınmakas, D. and Bayyurt, Y., 2019). Learning and development is
also necessary in the enhancement of the skills and knowledge of the employees that helps in
better working in the organisation. Learning means gaining the new attitudes and skills in order
to perform better for the organisation. This report includes learning and development processes.
This also focuses on why learning is important in the sector of innovation and technology. This
report contains that how these learning helps in the future studies and the development plans. At
last of the report there will be discussion of personal development plan that helps in
enhancement of the personal skills and knowledge.

I have worked in the construction sites and there I have learned so many new skills and
knowledge. In that site, I was given the responsibility of the manager and I lead the activities of
the constructions of a building. It was very hard for me at that time to lead the construction
activities as for the first time I was given this post. At that time I feel very nervous and anxious
because I was afraid that the work that I have assigned will be completed on time or not. But
eventually I have learned so many new skill from that project. I have developed my managerial
skills from that project. I also got to know about the new techniques of production that can be
used in the construction sites. It enhanced my practical knowledge that how a manager leads the
operations of a construction sites (Su, H., Zhang, Y. and Lu, X., 2021). At the time of
construction various machines and technology have been used and from that I got to know how
to practically use these machines in the sites. Before starting the project my team have conduct a
research and development activities in order to find out the effective resources that can be used
in production. At the time of construction our team have faced the problem of shortage of raw
materials. But as a manger of the project I tackle this problem and lead the operations of the site
in a smooth way.
Feelings
As a manager, it was very difficult for me as it gives me lots of duty and responsibilities
to carry out the operations of the site (Chen, M. and Flowerdew, J., 2018). When I was given the
duty of manager I felt very nervous firstly but my team was so supportive and they have gave
their best in order to complete the project on time. Before the completion of the project I was not
much confident but after when we completed the work on time it gave so much boost to my
confidence. Technology has helped us so much at that time in carrying out of the activities
related to productions . New innovations in technological sector reduces the work pressure from
the labour. From that project I got to know about the new techniques of production. Everybody
who has worked in the site have learned so many new methods of production. Although it was a
very new experience for me because I have never given the post of manager. Leading the
activities in the sites was a big challenge for me but from that experience I got to know that how
to work under the difficult situations.
Evaluation
The activities of the project went very well and everybody gave their best in order to
complete the work on time. But at the time of the production al activities my team has faced the

members were very supportive and they all wanted that the project should be completed on time.

Technology have also plays a major role at that time because the work that got delayed were
carried out by the use of latest technologies. Shortage of raw materials was occurred because the
accounts department of the team have not maintained proper record of the inventory and raw
materials. But with the help of innovation and technology accounts department was able to
maintain proper records of the raw materials. At the time of distribution of the wages to workers
problem occurred as there was not proper record that when they have joined the project.
Technology at that time helped us lot in maintaining the record in order to distribution of the
salaries and wages to the workers who have worked in the project. Everybody was very
enthusiastic and all of them were wanted to complete the project on time.
Analysis
All the operations on construction site are carried out effectively with the help of
technological advancements. I have installed various new tools and machines which helped
employees in operations on site. This reduced the labour work and completes operation within
less time frame( Lin, L.H. and Morrison, B., 2021). Before commencement of operations I have
critically evaluated the work environment which helped me in analysing the positive and
negative aspects of the project. On the basis of evaluation, I have taken necessary actions to
control the negative factors which could affect the operations. In selecting the precautions and
measures I have used various technological tools which are very convenient to use in finding the
right path for performing the operations. Use of innovative ideas in operations results in higher
operations and reduction of excessive cost in effective manner.
Conclusion
There are two types of conclusions one is general co0nclusion and other is specific
conclusion based on the personal situations. The project was completed successfully because of
the coordination and team work of all the employees (Yu, S. and Liu, C., 2021). I have learned
lot of things during this project such as how to make innovating changes in operations with the
help of technology. Sometimes employees felt demotivated and fatigue but I use to motivate
tough and challenging situations for me as well for the team to tackle this. Sometimes at the site

planned proper schedule for each and every task so that it reduces work pressure and create
positive environment. I communicate with my employees on regular basis which help me in
understanding their needs and wants. Satisfaction of employees are more important as it results
in higher productivity and profitability.
