The report is based on skills which is required to be successful at university and
importance in workplace. It also covers the ways through which student can improve the content
of their CV's.
Five skills requires to be successful at university and their importance in workplace
Skills is an integral part for students as it helps in achieving the career goals and make
student comfortable while working in corporate world (Torres and Jansen, 2016). There are
various skills which is required by students at university and play an important role in workplace.
Communication Skills:
Communication skill is one of the skill which is required by students in university and
workplace. Through communication skills, students can communicate and present their ideas to
other people in effective and efficient manner. In order to be successful at university, students
requires communication skills so that they can interact with their colleagues and faculties.
University also focus on improving the communication skills of individuals by enhancing their
ability to interact face to face with others (Ritter and at. al., 2018). Through good
communication, students can make understood their information more quickly and accurately. It
also helps in managing human resources and developing human relationships. The effective
