The main aim of education is to provide better facilities to student in order to develop
better environment and inclusive learning practises in education system it is necessary to provide
better opportunities in the process of learning so that a student can evaluate their current
curriculum in organization and get good grades in exam also in context to business student and
has their knowledge according to their specialization area as well as they can learn to regard
theoretical practice on the other hand in the process of employing students can develop better
coordination and communication with others (Uzunboylu and Özcan, 2019). In training in
education there are various impacts on lesson plans and different practices in order to implement
in the learning process. For example, teachers are responsible for training their students by
providing them counselling or guidance so that a student can find their way to deal with
challenges and issues which they have faced in the learning process. There are different types of
processes used by teachers while teaching because students have their specialism. That is why
teachers follow different criteria in order to meet their needs or plan their lesson so that they can
get the best opportunity for learning.

There are different types of philosophical issues in education and training such as long-
term or short-term philosophical issues that are related to all the issues that can be served in the
training and education process related to a specialist area or practice. One of the major issue
raised from condition which is related to knowledge and issue and their nature that can be

in a specialist area that is why it is necessary in the training process to know the person in
specialist area as well is there a different type of philosophical challenges faced by individual

The aim of the report is to enhance the knowledge in the field of business that is my
interest area as well. There are different type of learning program in structure followed by
organization four learners also it is necessary to have bachelor degree in order to become
specialist teacher in education institution as well as teachers should get the training in
particular period so that they can understand the importance of education and learn about
specific area searches in context to business as a specialized area it has been analysed that
there are different type of certificate courses and programmes are available which provide
basic knowledge as well as advance knowledge in order to complete the degree
(Gulomjonova, 2020). When bachelor degree is completed or student can complete master
degree in the particular subject. Also, this is helpful for learning about a particular subject
and getting deep knowledge in order to enhance their skills and practice. For teacher, it is
necessary to have it is program certificate in order to become teacher in specialist area or
have a long-term focus in education and training system after becoming the specialist
teacher it is required to have proper licence and certification so that they can provide
different type of program or certificate courses for students as well as they can work in
colleges in the school in order to enhance their knowledge.

The main aim of the learning program is designed accordingly in order to develop skill,
knowledge and attitude so that helps to complete various assignments as well as in the learning
programmes it can be designed according to the goal of the curriculum plan (Sun, Fan and

business this type of technology helps to perform task by focus on primary resources and it helps
to provide training to student in business sector (Albiladi and Alshareef, 2019). Artificial

within school. It has helped me in learning new skills and build network so to build my
personality as with this strategy I was able to gain opportunity regarding experienced co-worker.
Moreover, in order to build good relation with senior I have listen to their every tips and it has
benefited in dealing with the challenges positively as well as it has enhanced relation with them.
Thus, I have realized that my communication skill has been developed properly and with the help

collaborate with them I have opted hard project so that I can deal with the complex activities and
challenges in order to learn things effectively. Although during the learning when I was not able
to complete the project I have taken guidance for the educator that has helped in attaining the
goal and getting the good grade as required. Furthermore, during the class I have also
maintained transparency in communication so that I am able to share any issues faced by me and
to find out the right strategies to deal with it. Although proper communication has allowed to
build trust between teacher.
Moreover, I have also participated in group in order to collaborate with the educators and
to learn things more easily. In addition to this, for interacting with the teachers I have taken
practical knowledge regarding how to do business and with help of that I was able to find the
issues present in external environment. I have discussed this with my teacher regarding the

Throughout the training process I have gained knowledge regrading business and the way to
conduct it properly so to gain good revenue. Along with this, I have learned that for opening
company the first thing I have to do it to analyse the market area in order to identify what is the
current trend and needs of the customer as it will allow to earn more profit. Moreover, I have
also gained knowledge regarding the use of technology in the company and the way to take full
advantage of it. Furthermore, I have also gained knowledge that there is need of building good
business skill in order to gain positive relation.
In addition to this, during the training I have also build collaboration skill and it has allowed in

This ability is very advantageous for building the personality as it allows to expand the network

Throughout the course I have gain knowledge regarding the business and the way to commence
it in competitive market area. Along with this, I have covered both theoretical and practical
knowledge regarding the business area during the training programme. Moreover, theories of
business help in dealing and identifying the factors that can affect the organization. Thus,
theoretical knowledge helps in dealing with the challenges and to find out the ways to deal with
it in advance (Gulomjonova, 2020). Along with this, during the training practical knowledge
regarding the training allows the company to known about the way company works and how
manager collaborate with employees to achieve the goals. Furthermore, I have built good
interpersonal skill throughout the session and it will help in getting good job in the future and to
develop good CV. I have also learned that it is important to collaborate with teacher during
training session as it helps in finding the weakness and help in building them into strength. In
addition to this, with good idea of business I can become good entrepreneur in near future or I
can work in the situation where the situation is intense (Valiyeva, 2020). Thus, having effective
knowledge allows in reducing the impact of the challenges that will arise due to factors present
in external and internal environment. In addition to this, I have also build good relation with the
other teachers and students as well as it has built my overall personality.

During the course I have realized that my strength is I able to remember things easily regarding
the business and I was able to work properly in assignment. Moreover, my another strength is
good communication skill and due to that I am able to share information and thoughts with other.
Although it is one of the professional ability that person should have while working in the
business. In addition, with the good interactive ability I was able to collaborate with peers and
teachers as well as dealing with the good relation. Moreover, my another strength is that I am
able to deal with conflict resolution easily as I always take participation in the complex project

taking feedback from the seniors so that I am able to deal with the challenges easily and improve
my weak areas. Furthermore, my major weakness is I have poor time management skill and due
to that there is procrastination of work and I am not able to achieve the task in limited set of
time. In addition to this, I also easily get distracted while working and because of that I
sometime miss the important part of the study and there is delay in the goals. Furthermore, I
have analysed that I have poor a stress management and due to that I get easily panic and it
affects my physical health.
