INTRODUCTION
Communication skills refers to the ability and talent of individuals to convey or share
their massage to other people effectively. Also, they have ability to listen other people clearly
and understand their message in right manner. It includes speaking, listening, writing, observing
as well as empathising (Hodge, Wanek and Rech, 2020). It helps people to understand the
information received from other as well as allow them to give feedback to others by using
various mode such as email, social media, written report, phone conversation and face to face
interactions.
This report highlights identification and explanation of report writing factors as well as
identification or interpretation of evidence from the reading list. At last, it defines the
recommendation of academic skills and writing skills.

Recommendation which the author use to improve their performance in report writing
It has been recommended that author must write the report in write formate as well as
clearly define the concept of the topic for better understanding. In the given report they highlight
the topic well and gave proper suggestion to reduce the issues as well as for future improvement
(Johari and Jha, 2021). They also written it in right formate which clearly define topic step by
step to helps other to understand what the purpose of topic and how they use it to resolve issue
for better development of people in a country.
The strengths are that this report clearly define issues related with private schools in
clear language which helps other to read and understand the motive behind it. Also they did
better comparison and give valid reason in context of private schools and their operations.
Weakness in the example report is that there were lot of spelling mistakes and author did
not use any bullet point to highlight the issues and make it more understandable to other people.
They written it in essay formate instead of report. Also, author used complicated words which
make other people in trouble to understand write meaning of sentences. Inadequate or unfocused
sentences which are not related with the topic and author gave many information out of context
(Kelly, 2018).

Author must use simple words and provide clear information about the topic with
conducting deep research to make it more relevant. Further, they have to increase their writing
skills by doing more practices as well as gathering all necessary information related to topic by
reading books, magazines or from search on google and search engine. First, they must
understand the topic and its issue, methods, related facts and figures as well as right way to
complete the task.
Then, author must conduct deep research to get clear and accurate information by using
various tools of internet to make the report more effective. Then they make plan by making
proper time schedule and dividing the report on many steps to cover all necessary information
required by report. Further, they make notes and rough report to reduce the spelling mistakes and
make the content more reliable as well as accurate. Then author must use small topics, headlines,
bullet points, diagrams, chart, tables to define the concept in most effective way and make it
more understandable for people (Kirca and Bademli, 2019). By making report more simple and
attractive they easily convey their message to other and get higher grades. Also, they must use
simple language with correct spelling and words to define the concept of topic so that the readers
clearly understand what the author want to convey. Also, they must explain the problems with
positive and negative aspect then give their suggestion to reduce negative aspect for future
development.
Author must give their point of view, ideas, suggestions, recommendation on the topics
and its related issues to reduce them. They can also give many methods, ways and plans to
improve current conditions and evaluate these plans with positive and negative impact on
situation with solution. At last, they must give recommendation on topic and issues which helps
other to deal with situation and modified their current policies for development. In the
conclusion, they must highlights all the topic with relevant data, methods, frameworks and many
more which they used to write the report.

Four report writing factors that is followed by author in example report are shown below-
Accuracy of Facts- Good report convey accurate figures and facts to make it more
reliable. If the figures and facts are inaccurate so the decisions and plan made on basis of report
and such facts will be misleading and incorrect. In given example report, author presented the

facts as well as written report on the basis of accurate data after conducing deep research related
to topic. They did good research related to topic and shows both negative and positive aspects
which define the situation clearly (Rust, Gentry and Ford, 2020). It shows the real reason behind
the issue of private schools as well as they problems related with students and their education
system in other schools. Author gave proper information about both the schools and their
education system with advantage and drawback for students and their future career. They also
show the problems related with education policies of government as well as various resources
provided by them in both schools.
Specific structure- Report must be written by following a particular structure as well as
an unstructured report or content fails to grab the attentions of readers. Structure of report is
different as well as depending on its purpose or type. In the given example report, author did not

Impersonal approach- Impersonal approach refers to writing report and convey their
massage in third person language. It is most important factors to write report in effective, good
and understandable manner. Good report must written in third person rather than first or second
person. Moreover, it doesn't mean that they always write in third person , they can also use first
and second person a per the situations as well as demand of report. Author use first and second
person in the report which make it more personal as well as this report shows their point of view
rather than the perspective of society on issue related to schools and their education system. This
topic is concerned with education of students and their contributions in the development of
country. So they must provide their suggestions which are beneficial for whole society as well as
must written the thinking of parents, society, students many more related with topic and issues.
Recommendation- It is also necessary part to write good report as well as make it more
understandable and attractive for the readers to get better ideas to solve the issue quickly. Also,
with the clear presentation and analysis of facts, effective report recommends good suggestions
to solve the problems as well as to prevent its repetition. In given report, author provides

accurate recommendation to overcome form issues related to the topic as well as they gave
effective ideas, suggestions to improve the education system for development of people and
better learning system. Author also gave valid suggestion which other people use to improve
their working as well as make changes in current process or structure. To reduce the problems
they can use these ideas for betterment of country (Yong and Ashman, 2019).
CONCLUSION
As per the information presented above it has been concluded, accurately written report is
able to convey the message of author to readers. Impelling report writing involves proper
research and right information or data so that it does not mislead readers about the topic. Half of
unclear information can result in producing wrong perceptions in readers mind about the
discussed topic. Report writing can be improved by giving proper headings and subheadings to
important points as well as to follow right structure to grab readers attentions. It can also be
captivating by providing charts, diagrams or graph related to topic so that readers can understand
what the authors wants to express. Authors can work on their vocabulary skills and not write
heavy words that readers found difficult to understand. Report writing is a skills that can be
improved by continue practice and reading so that author can learn how to increase readers
attention.
