would be used within a movie rental chain for supporting their present business operations. With
the rise of the high competition in the growing market, it has been seen that the business is facing
some problems based on operating their business functions (Yeap, Ignatius and Ramayah 2014).
In the recent times, it has been seen that the existing and emerging strategies in the competitive
market have created a requirement for the company to make use of the new kind of information
systems.
The use of system analysis and design within the business is to decide on the primary
purpose of work that would be performed within the implementation of the new system. The
report would perform an analysis over the current business functionalities at Indyflix Movies,
understand the business context, analyze over the problems and suggest possible solutions
towards the business (Oh et al. 2017). During the collection of data for proposing solutions

present business functions. This would help in gaining an idea about the certain areas, which
