About the case study
Ceylon Textile Suppliers is one of the Australian owned organizations that focus on
supplying the clothing related products towards the Australian and New Zealand retail outlets.
The main aim of the assessment is to develop a proper report that will include activities related to
current processes and will control the stock and will ensure that proper advertisement is being
provided towards the customers. The report will focus on designing two activity diagrams for
representing the business process, event table with six events and use cases. Apart from this the
report will also include a two user stories and dataflow diagrams. This document will help to
understand the activities that take place within the organization. Thus it can be stated that with
the help of this document it will become easy to manage the activities.

Workflow diagram for sales is being prepared so that it becomes easy to understand the
basic components associated with the sale process. Sale process plays a crucial role within an
organization. Sales operation ensures that each customer is provided with proper support and all
the expenses are being executed successfully. The basic components of sales order includes the
customer account number and sales order number, delivery address, special instructions, raised
by, packer, date dispatched and order discount given.
