INTRODUCTION
In article presented by Egan and et.al, the study is focused towards experiences of people
who are more concerned towards their own evaluation in order to promote the positive learning
in a different manner. In regard to have selection of topic the experts must focus on rationale of
the subject so that appropriate selection can be taken into account.
Present study topic has also been selected with a proper evaluation of issue in terms of
people experience has been taken into account. In addition to this, it can be said that
psychological impact of visible difference has been taken into account. It has been witnessed that
research has been taken into account to evaluate the different kinds of experience of individuals
and group (Egan and et.al., 2011). Also, the rational and the purpose of selected study is not
being presented in appropriate manner. It means the key motive behind conducting the study is
not being presented which creates a confusion.
However, it has also been witnessed that for better presentation of the problem the Egan
and et.al., must focus on citation of work. In order to meet the standards, experts has also focused
on the same in appropriate manner. Information provided in the initial section of the report is not
presenting any kind of specific learning about the problem. It also indicates that study was
essential for different kinds of experience of individuals and group but none of specific factors
are being presented to provide clear information about the problem. It means the rational of study
can be referred as points covered in week manner.
REVIEW OF LITERATURE
Literature section is referred as area of study which provides a critical review of different
views presented by authors in regard to specific subject. In this, proper references and citation of
work is essential to meet the standards. Also, views are being presented with a review and
assistance of previous studies which are being completed on the same subject. In the present
study, the researchers has presented the standardised review about the subject (Fleck, 2009). In

In addition to this, it can be said that literature section of study is offering proper learning
about the unethical standards of solely on pathology. It also indicates that such factors does not
cover positive aspects and results in regard to visible differences. In literature section the in-

examination of positive aspects regarding promotion of well-being (Turner and Chapman, 2012).
In this, authors view on positive values related to chronic illness and adversarial growth is also
being presented. Proper arguments are being provided with a help of effective work citation. It

psychological measures in respect to variables is being presented. In this, information about the
facilities to the positive experience is being evaluated. It indicates that literature is properly

CHOICE OF APPROACH
It is necessary for every expert to have proper selection of methodology section so that key

DESIGN AND MEASUREMENT
On the basis of overall evolution of the article, it can be said that diverse variables in respect
to people experience has been taken into account. By having an effective consideration of
standards the study is being framed by the experts. However, there are few limitations of study

which has impacted the overall effectiveness of the study. In addition to this, it can be said that
one of key limitation of the study was that appropriate rational was not framed (Egan and et.al.,
2011). It has created issue in terms of sustainability of the research so management need to
analyse such values. Along with this, sampling size of the study is also not appropriate which has
also affected the overall study effectiveness.
However, the one of key standardised work presented in the research study is that use of
reference and citation is being taken into account in overall study. In addition to this, it can be
said that analysis presented provides a details about importance of appearance. Along with this, it
has been noticed that number of participants of study percept that they have attained results in
