adopted in the process.

As consumer behaviour is changing with the new technologies, the young consumers are also leaning
towards purchasing things online and booking hotels and rooms online. It has become a reliable platform for
any type of consumption. The culture and perception of the consumers are tending towards using internet
for shopping. After the introduction of 3G in 2013 in Bangladesh, the major ecommerce companies have has
shifted their business in Bangladesh. The major competitors in hotel industry are trying to upgrade their
operation through adoption of ecommerce sites in Bangladesh. The Governments have taken initiative in
shifting the operations for hoteliers to gain more advantages for themselves. Therefore, shifting the
consumer behaviour for success of the company has become essential for the organisation. Thus, the
significance of this research lies in analysing the strategic implementation of the research.
