1. Introduction
The concerned research, “Household Adoption of Technology: The Case of High-Speed
Broadband Adoption in Australia. Technology in Society” by Adams et al. (2017) assessed the
different technological infusions that are observed in the Australian economy through the
increased penetration of the high speed internet services. The research specifically aimed at
developing a conceptual framework towards the influences that the adoption of technology
created among the households. Therefore, the discussion would take the initiative of developing
knowledge on the different impacts of technology in the Australian markets and the manner in
which the same are influenced by high speed broadband adoption.

2.1 Simple research model on the study
The current status
The growth of high speed broadband adoption in the economy has brought about

maintaining the effectiveness of the operatison in the Australian markets.

The rseerach is specifically focused towards iodentifying the diferent modifications in the
purchase intent or lifestyle of the people due to the influence of the increased broadband
penetration in the Australian markets. The reviw of different literatures and formation of
research questions critically supported in developing the research in accordance with the growing
needs of the cudtomers and their impact on the technological influence of high speed broadband
services. The different changes in the organizational operatiosn are based on the effective
functioning of the different systems in accordance with the current goals of the organization.
The research critically examined the different characteristics of the people who are
adoping the new technologies on the basis of their lifestyle compatibility, perceived usefulness
and ease of use, social influence, social gains and the like. At this stage the research developed
the hypothesis after eviewing the literature and determining the conceptual framework for the
study. The design of the study specifically enumerated the different aspects of change in the
behavior of the people while assessing their level of indulgence. The study sought to reach
towards an understanding of the different fcators that influenced the adoption of technology and
fast speed broadband technologies in the common households of Australia.
The procedure

Concluding the study
The conclusion of the research is specifically aimed towards assessing the responses that
were provided by the respondents. The assessment of the responses critically expressed the view

technological innovations in the form of fast broadband services. Therefore, the analysis of the
resposnses and representation of the same through the utilization of different statistical tools
supported in concluding the study.
2.2 Challenges faced during the activity
The major challenge that I faced during the overall activity was specifically due to my
limited knowledge on interpreting the different structural frameworks or the design in a
particular study. Moreover, I was newly introduced to the concept of the simple research model,
which again affected my capability of identifying the essence of the study in the light of the
framework. The methodology part in the study enumerated a list of activities that are focused
towards collecting data and responses. In this connection, I felt rather new to the different factor
conditions that might be considered for identifying the significance of the responses and the
manner in which the same might be interpreted. The activity specifically aimed towards
assessing the steps that are undertaken by the researchers in developing the rate of operations in
accordance with the common goals of the venture. The development of cognition on the different
factors that are elaborated in the research study were at time difficult for me to understand. The
key developments in the different technologies and their adoption in different households are key
factors that specifically challenged my knowledge. Moreover, I must state that I have a lower

cognition on the different tools and metrics used for the research study, which again affected my
capability of understanding the applicability and reliability of the activities that were made by the
researchers in the current study. The overall exercise was critical for me based on the knowledge
constraint while judging the applicability and purpose of the different research methods and
identifying the goals that the researchers aimed at manifesting. The researcher developed a
contemplative view on the nature of the organizational operations and the manner in which the
business operations might be well positioned as per the common needs of the venture.
Conclusion
Therefore, from the above assessment it might be stated that the concerned research study
aimed towards identifying the adaptability of the common households towards the introduction
of the new technology related to fast broadband services in Australia. The research developed an
insight based on the responses that were collected by the researchers through a survey among the
households. However, while reviewing the entire research paper I faced significant challenges
that I enumerated as a part of the report.
