Every business organization have responsibility towards society, this responsibility allow them
to create a brand image and reputation in which they perform certain task for the betterment of
the society. However, not every business organization have ability to manage society and its
development, contributing to the societal development is challenging task in which firm might
face certain issue and might loss its position in the market.

Investigating concept of business leadership and responsibility and role of society:
Business leadership and responsibility does matter when it comes to societal development, every organization
consider this element important but only few take responsibility towards development. It is very clear that a
business have certain responsibility in the managing society, from fair dealing to investing in society, each
element is important. However, society also have certain responsibility towards business development, consumer
need to consider those brands which are socially responsible.

The aim of this study is “To investigate business leadership and responsibility and its role in society”
Objectives:
• To investigate concept of business leadership and responsibility and role of society.
• To recommend best practices for managing business.

Research type:
Research type is important, there are two type; qualitative which focus on thematic data and quantitative which focus
on statistical data. Researcher will consider quantitative.
Research approach:
Research approach is process, researcher consider two methods, inductive in which brand-new theory is generated
whereas deductive means existing theory are considered. Researcher will consider deductive.
Research philosophy:
Research philosophy is set of belief, there are two type; positivism in which individual shape society whereas
interpretivism
Data analysis:
Data analysis is second most important process in which researcher will analyse the collected data and interpret the
final result, data analysis is process of gathering relevant information from data.
