Why is this topic worth investigating?
According to a report, effective change management has resulted in employee retention
(Olins 2017). In this ever changing world, change is unavoidable and inevitable and the most
suitable thing to do is to deal with it by managing the change effectively. Due to the increased
demand on change management, it becomes an important issue to investigate and research
on. Managing changes related to recruitment, installation of new applications, installation of
new systems and incorporating changes in the way the organisation works will help the
organisation beat the other companies in the market. Change management has worked as a
competitive advantage and therefore is a strong topic to investigate on.
