On the basis of above discussion, it has been concluded that COVID-19 has impacted negatively upon small
restaurant and their practices in the hospitality industry.
It has driven the attention of organization toward developing and forming effective tactics that has contributed to
manage this impact appropriately and successfully.
It has enabled managers and workers to utilize those effective resources such as technologies, that has allowed
them to identify the need and expectation of customers, which they attempt to fulfil successfully and
systematically, that is important and beneficial too for small venture success in the complex or critical business
environment.

REFLECTION
The effectiveness of the research methods applied in this project can be reflected upon as follows. Qualitative
research type was chosen for this study on Barbary which assisted in analysing the responses of the management
in an in-depth manner.
The study utilized both primary and secondary methods of data collection which were effective in exploring the
topic from all perspectives.
Secondary data provided information about the Covid 19 impact on restaurant industry.
