The main reason behind choosing current topic of managing cultural diversity at
workplace is that it lead to a better information about the importance of cultural diversity
at workplace to ensures better expansion and growth of orgnisation through leading a
more skilled and creative manpower. Thus, selection of current research topic is suitable
as it meet the growth objective of organisation and also ensures professional and personal
development of researcher through leading better managerial skills and knowledge.

To evaluate about the concept of cultural diversity at workplace.
As per the opinion of Kimberly Amadeo, 2020, Cultural diversity is basically associated

and represent the population having differences and comes from diversified cultural that
are well represented within a community. Cultural diversity at workplace includes
employees coming from diversified and different race, ethnicity, age, ability, language,
nationality, socioeconomic status, gender, religion, or sexual orientation and are working
at a common work environment to achieve the mutual goals (Ravazzani, 2016).
To determine the importance of managing cultural diversity in the workplace to ensure
better expansion and growth of an organisation
As per the view point of Katie Sawyer, 2018, management of cultural diversity plays a
vital role in ensuring better growth and expansion of organisation as it lead to enhanced
innovation and skills through bonding together the competencies and creativity of
employees coming from diversified culture. Besides this cultural diversity also lead to
enhancement in information about customs and language of diversified people thus,
enhance the scope of growth and expansion for a company (Bendl, Hainzl and Mensi-
Klarbach, 2019).
To indentify the various strategies that can be adapted by Aston martin to ensure
effective management of cultural diversity along with maintaining equality at
workplace
According to the view point of Steve Morris, 2019, the strategies that could be adapted by
Aston martin to ensure effective management of cultural diversity along with maintaining
equality at workplace consist of providing Cultural Diversity Leadership Training along
with ensuring effective communication and team bonding among employees. Cultural
Diversity Leadership Training is a useful tool to lead better awareness and respect in
employees for all culture and effective communication ensures better creation of equality
(Park, 2020).

Section Five: Research approach and methodologies
What type of research approach and methodologies are you likely to use and why? What your areas of
research will cover:
A description about the various meth’s and research approach used for current
investigation is provided with proper justification:
Research philosophy- This section of methodology is bifurcated into two braid
categories i.e. Positivism and Interpretivism. Out of these two categories use of Positivism
research philosophy had been made for current research work on Aston martin as it
ensures more effective and systematic investigation based on quantitative facts (Malik,
Madappa and Chitranshi, 2017).
Research method- Quantitative and qualitative are most basically and widely used
research method out of use of quantitative seems more viable and justifiable for current
investigation on Aston martin as it ensures more easy way of data collection in numerical
form that can easily evaluated and presented to achieve desired goals in less time.
Research approach- The main research approach that could be used by an
investigator are deductive and inductive from which use of deductive fits better for

Source of data- Primary as well as secondary source of data collection are adopted
for current research work as primary provide authentic data directly from participants
where as secondary lead to an effective supports and framework for investigation.

lead to collection of more information directly from respondents in less time.
Sample method- A sample size of 25 respondents from employees of Aston martin
had been selected for current research work.
