objectives as well. Along with this, HR also creates and empower a diverse culture in

in company is responsible for managing diverse workforce so that each and every
employee can easily perform their roles and responsibilities within the business
organization and at the same time also build positive environment at working area. In this
regard, there are some effective ways that can be implement by company to reduce the
challenges at the time managing diverse culture. As, ensure clear and polite communication
with employees, learn about different cultures, effective work towards the accommodating
culture difference, share knowledge with employees, employ diversity training at working
area. All these are directly contributing in managing diversity at working area. This can be
improving the overall performance of the company and its workers at workplace.

Research methodology play a crucial role in undertaking whole study in an effective
manner. It may include various methods and techniques that support investigator in
gathering relevant data and information on the basis of specified topic and area. This is the

Types of investigation: Under this research it is classified on the basis of two types i.e.
qualitative and quantitative research. For undertaking current research activities, researcher
will apply qualitative investigation in which all the information will collected in statistical
form which is easy to measure.
Data collection: There are two sources of collecting data such as primary and secondary
method of data collection. Both methods will be used by researcher to gather accurate and
authentic information towards the research topic. By using primary sources, investigator
prepare a structured questionnaire that filled by selected respondents. On the other side,
secondary sources help in providing detailed information about the research topic. It
includes books, journals, articles, newspaper and many more. With the assistance of these,
researcher easily take right decision and also draw a valid conclusion.
Sampling: It is related with the procedure in which sample size will be selected from the
larger population. It is divided into two methods such as probabilistic and non-
probabilistic. For selecting sample size for current research, investigator use probabilistic
sampling technique in which respondents are selected as per random basis. By using this,
researcher select 40 participants as a sample size who are the employees and manager of
the company.
