based on the area of analysing the influence of quality of life of people living with disability for

As per the opinion analysis of the author it has been discussed that, disability is a mental
or physical state which limits an individual's senses, movements and activities. In addition to this
disability recognised as a condition or function judged to be importantly impaired relative to the
usual standard of a person or group of people. This aspect if mainly implemented for analysing
an individual functioning which involves physical impairment, sensory impairment, cognitive
impairment, intellectual impairment mental illness, and various types of chronic disease. The
analysis of the opinion of the authors, it has also been discussed that, disability is defined as a
multidimensional experience for the individual involved. Disability may affects the area in which
an individual is participating or affects on organs or body parts. According to the detailed
analysis of the survey it has also been evaluated that, Disability is a part of human diversity, and
in UK the disability is around 4 million and it is rapidly increasing with the ageing population. In
addition to this disability is a general cognition which caused due to accident, trauma, genetics or
disease and it may also restrict an individual's mental processes, senses or mobility. Disability
has a direct influence over an individual lifer and affects their living too. Cerebral palsy, is also
an effective sort of disability which is mainly found in the people, it is a group of disease that
affects the movement and muscle tone or posture of an individual. The reason of Cerebral palsy
is the abnormal brain development, often before birth. This disability is appears from the early
childhood and can be identified via its symptoms which involves exaggerated reflexes,
involuntary motions and rigid limbs. This kind of disability affects the living of the individual
their family and society too.
Theme 2: Impact of disability on quality of life of people.
According to the discussed help of the investigation area it has been analysed that,
authors are also in the favour of the aspect, that disability is a major issue by which people are
affected and not even able to live a good or healthy life. Living with disability is not an easy task
as the wants and needs of individual's are fluctuate during their lifespan and this includes social,
financial and emotional conflicts. The discussion of the authors on the same area reflects that,
disability has direct influence on the quality of life of disable people, with a potentially negative
influence on their educational attainment, career development, marriage, emotional state and
employment. Disability negatively affects the living of individual and decrease their moral to

also encourage them to put efforts for curing their issue or disability.

As per the views analysis of the authors it has been discussed that, disability places a set
of excess demands or challenges on the family system as most of the needs and demands are
lasts for a long time which may have direct influence over the entire family of disable individual.
Disability negatively affects the family of disabled people as family with disable person requires
to provide proper care to the person for giving them a protective life span. For family or its
members responsibility are enhanced, as caring for a disabled family member may develops
stress. Families are also facing financial and cost issue as it is quite hard for a family to bear all
treatments of medication as few are very much cost consuming in nature.
Theme 4: Professional role and help in further improvement in service for disable people.
From the views evaluation of the authors it has been interpreted that, professionals plays
vital role in further providing improvement in the condition of disabled people. Professionals are
mainly concern over providing proper health care facilities to the individual's for curing their
issues in respect to providing them a good and healthy life. Professional like doctors, nurses,
therapist, trainers etc. are plays vital role in providing proper care and facilities to the disabled
individual for improvising their health condition. In the context of Cerebral palsy, it is important
for the individual to taking proper care and treatments from the professional for improvising their
health conditions.
3.3 Recommendation
The investigation into consideration is based on analysing the impact of quality of life of
people living with disability for long term. thus it is a wide area of investigation which is
effective in exploring the idea and knowledge base of individual in regards to the chosen subject
area. From the in-depth evaluation of the project it has been recommended that people with the
disability of Cerebral palsy, requires long term treatment and it is being suggested that, it is
important for the family member to provide proper treatment to the patients in respect to
developing their health condition. The people with disability should be treated in proper manner
as physical exercises and special education should be provided to the individual's who are
suffering from the issue of Cerebral palsy. It is also important for the family member of the
patients to providing proper self care to the individual for curing the issue in proper manner and

it doesn't affects the living of the individual, Therefore, people who are suffering by such kind of
issues mainly loss the hope of living, so it is required for the family of friends to provide proper
friendly and effective environment so that encouragement can be build. Patients should also get
proper medication which involves muscle relaxant and sedative, that are effective in providing
proper relaxation to the people who are facing the issue of Cerebral palsy. This disability is
mainly arises from the birth, so it is also important for the society to keep on proper check-up of
pregnant women so that proper procurement can be taken for reducing the disability of Cerebral
palsy.
