Ans: In this research project, the subject which is to be research is relating to the workplace
discrimination. Thus, the aim of this research project is to investigate the impact of the
workplace discrimination pertaining to managing the employee’s performances and company
productivity at larger scale - study on ASDA.

3. Why do you want to do this particular project?
Ans: In respect of choosing this topic, it helps in gaining the knowledge regarding the
management procedure which is adapted by the leaders and manager regarding managing the
workforces in the organisation. Thus, by selecting this topic, it helps in building the career
through interpreting various ways to gather the information and also interpret the data to
make the research unique and different from others. Another reason of doing this project is
that it develops the ability of understanding the management techniques and procedure to
deal with different culture people at work place carrying the different criteria to undertaken
the task.
4. Describe briefly the main purpose of your investigation.
Ans: As many authors had already conduct the research relevant to this topic and thus it is
more ad miserable to gather more information relevant to the impact of workplace
discrimination. Another thing of conducting this research is that due to facing tough
competition in market. Most of the companies are using the innovative ideas to retain their
employees at work place. Thus, it is quite authenticate to gather the relevant detail which
helps other companies to manage the workplace discrimination in better manner (Walsham,
2018). The behaviors which is identified is confusion after viewing the judgment of various
authors regarding the impact of workplace discrimination, thus it motivates to conduct the
research on this topic through raising questionnaire from the participants regarding gathering
the relevant information which present the research in more better way.

information?
Ans: Data collection is the major method in the research through which the data is to be
collected from various sources. It covers two methods such as primary method and secondary
method. Primary method is mainly undertaken in respect of gathering information from
original sources. In this research, questionnaire procedure is used through which the original
information is collected by raising questions from participants. In respect of secondary
method, information are gathered from articles, books, journals and other views of authors
who presented their judgment in this topic (Lariviere and Kandampully, 2019). Thus, in this
research, both the method are used to gather the information to present the research unique
and different from others.
