This research project investigates workplace discrimination, focusing on the British multinational retailer Marks and Spencer (M&S). The study explores the significance of implementing equality and diversity practices to eliminate discrimination in the workplace. The report includes an introduction outlining the research aim, objectives, and questions, followed by a literature review examining the meaning and importance of workplace discrimination, various equality and diversity practices, and the benefits of reducing discrimination for M&S. The methodology section details the quantitative research approach, positivism philosophy, and deductive approach used for data collection through questionnaires.
