research will cover:
Research methodology is a section within investigation which represent tools and methods used by
researcher for performing study in appropriate manner. The methodologies that will be used for conducting
the study is mentioned below:
Research approach:- A research is mainly perform either with the help of inductive or deductive approach.
Its choices is totally depend over the type of investigation method used. For performing current study
deductive approach will be used as it is much suitable with quantitative study this support in evaluating the

quantified data.
Type of investigation:- Investigation is performed either by using qualitative method or the quantitative one.
Among these two methods, for present study quantitative method will be used as it help in gathering
numerical facts and figures which present more accuracy about a particular thing.
Data collection method:- The data within an investigation is mainly gathered using either primary or
secondary data collection method. But for present study both the methods will be used where primary
information is collected using questionnaire and secondary data will be gathered using literature review
where online sources will be assessed.
Sampling:- sampling help in grouping people on behalf of whole population to gathered information for
investigation using either probability or non-probability method. For current study probability method will be
used as it avoid bias behavior in selecting respondents. Here the sampling size would be 30 employees.
