impact on employee voice: the role of trust in the employer. This article could examine the
relationship between principles of demographic diversity as well as employee voice
evaluation. This study is conducted on 707 workforces who are working in 37 different
hospitals to comprehended their opinion and views of them towards the current research
issue. It is also founded that the workforce examination of the voice opportunities was
addressed to show the difference between female as well as male. It is illustrated that there
are different components which might be entailed by the organization to get higher
competitive advantages such as workplace diversity, employer trust, and employee voice
(Hatipoglu & Inelmen, 2018).
Strengths of this study

productivity of the organization (Hatipoglu & Inelmen, 2018). The main advantage of this
article is to deeply evaluate workplace diversity, which might be affecting the employee as
well as organizational productivity. This report is also effective to comprehend how much
workplace diversity is imperative in workforce voice. From this article, it is founded that
workforce voice has played a vital role in the HRM discipline with respect to assure the
fairness as well as offering an opportunity for their workforces to contribute in the decision
making (Hatipoglu & Inelmen, 2018). It is examined that workplace diversity is a key
element for the firm because it allows the firm for increasing the growth of a firm. It is
illustrated that demographic diversity could affect the level of trust in the evaluation of the
employee. The workplace diversity is a technique which will allow the organization to
reshape the employee behaviour. It would enable the organization to reduce the conflict
probability from the working place. It would also be supported to get higher competitive
advantages (Hatipoglu & Inelmen, 2018).
Weaknesses of this study
The main weakness of this research is that it only focuses on two factors like
workplace diversity, employer trust, and employee voice which could decline the possibility
of getting the reliable outcome (Hatipoglu & Inelmen, 2018). The current study has also
conducted on 707 employees from approximately 37 hotels which might be affecting the
accuracy of the research outcome. It is examined that the sample size is not suitable hence the
data could be found suitable. The researcher has only entailed the people who are from the
HRM department that could make a mandate to understand only the opinion and views of
HRM department people. These limitation will not be repeated by the investigator at the time
of doing their research on this topic.
Further study
The researcher will use approximately 200 employees from the 2 or 3 organization to
understand their opinion towards the study outcome. This study will be considered
operational, HRM, financial, and research and development team for getting the depth
information about the research issue.
