Research methods and process
In present research, I have used different research methods which will help in reaching at
meaningful conclusion. It is analyzed that there is a complete process is used for research which
comprises a lot of steps such as problem recognition, research design, strategy and more. In
present research, I have used the positivism approach that is vital for collecting necessary data
and information. In research, there is a complete plans & procedures are used which is based on
assumptions in terms of data collection, analysis and more. I have considered a lot of factors
while selecting an appropriate approach related to research. This approach will not only help me
to get appropriate results but also get the positive outcomes through research project. Research
strategy is also a vital part of research. Here, different strategies are used in research such as case
study, survey, questionnaire and more. In present scenario, I have prepared a questionnaire in
order to conduct the survey and gather necessary information from respondents. By this way, I
will be able to get necessary data through which it will be easy to reach at meaningful
conclusion. Apart from this, I have also extract some information from secondary sources such
as journals, websites, articles and more. With this, I can easily conduct the research for future
benefits. Therefore, the above mentioned approaches have been used by me for development of
current research project.
Literature Review
Literature review refers to the previous studies which have been done on a particular
topic. It is generally based on the studies which have been conducted by skillful and potential
writers for further benefit. In research, literature review is really important as it helps to get
detailed idea about the previous studies and analysis on the topic. There are a lot of sources used
in literature review for collection and analysis of data. Here, major sources for literature review
are websites, journals, publications and more. Sometimes, data is also taken from books which
are written by well known authors and provide relevant information. Apart from this, articles are
also a great source for getting required information. These articles are written by qualified
individual after plenty of research which eventually leads the researcher towards positive
outcomes. In present research, I have used a lot of sources for reviewing the literature. I have
take out the content from books. These books are related to subject of my research and will

provide reliable information. In addition to this, this source is also helpful in improving my own
knowledge and skills which is essential in order to get positive results. Further, I have used a lot
of articles for getting necessary data. In present time, internet has become a crucial source to
gather required information. These articles are written by qualified people having good
command over the topic. By using these sources, I will be able to conduct the whole research in
an efficient manner.

The current project is related to drone delivery which is a new concept and has not been
applied by a lot of nations so far. The drone deliver will bring revolution within food and
beverage industry & will open the door of future growth and success. The present report helps
me to understand the importance of technology in present time. It is analyzed that use of new,
advance and unique techniques are essential for meeting with needs & requirements of
customers. The present research has a wide scope in terms of improving my personal as well as
professional capabilities which will help me in undertaking future roles & responsibilities in an
efficient manner. In addition to this, the current project also helped me to improve my personal
skills and capabilities which are essential for overall personal development. In present time, it is
vital to have ample of skill, potential so that a person can survive in such competitive
environment. It is analyzed that the present project is helpful in improving my personal as well
as professional capabilities which will provide me an opportunity of career enrichment. So, the
project is really helpful for me as it will not necessary for growth in professional career but will
also help in getting personal growth opportunities.

It is analyzed that I have got a lot of skills while undertaking the project. During project, I
have get opportunity to apply my theoretical knowledge in real context. Here, I get to know
where the work is actually done in real context. During project, I get opportunity to interact with
a lot of individuals which improve my communication skill and make me enable to interact with
other person without any hesitation. It also boost my level of confidence thus now I can easily
interact with other individuals in an effective way. Further, I also work in a team during project
and used to provide direction, support to other team members. It developed my leadership skills
and make me enable to lead team in best possible way. Apart from this, I also get exponential

analytical skills through project by which I can analyze different facts of research in an efficient
manner. My analytical skills will make me enable to analyze as well as interpreted the results of
research in best possible way.

The present research report is based on an innovative idea of development of drones in
delivering food and beverages. It is an emerging idea which has higher potential of growth and
success. It is stated that this idea will help in bringing revolution within industry and will also
help in assisting people for meeting with their needs in the pandemic time. My point of view
behind this idea is the need of hours. In present time, people are highly affected with COVID.
There is complete lockdown in a lot of cities. People are even not allowed to step out home for
meeting with basic necessities. On other side, food & beverages are fall under the category of
basic necessities without which it is not possible to meet with basic requirements. So, my view
point behind this idea is just to aid people in the current time. So, it will be easy for them to
assess the products of basic necessities. However, each business idea comes with a general
feature of profitability so the idea also has exponential growth potential. By this idea, it will be
possible for business owners to earn sufficient amount of sales & profit margin. Further, I also
developed the ideas with an aim to get higher edge over other competitors in current market
place.
Barriers Met
While undertaking project, there are a lot of barriers raised in terms of time, cost and
more. The major barrier is related to cost. The project is based on drones in which higher
technology is required for converting it in real context. So, I have to arrange huge funds so that
the project can be complete within deadline. There are a lot of resources such as software’s,
equipment, tool, competent staff and more are required for conducting the project. For this
purpose, I gathered funds from different sources such as bank loans, government funds, personal
funding and so on. On other side, time is also constraining in current project. The project is
lengthy so it is quiet difficult to complete it within predefined time. For this, I prepared a
complete schedule comprising all the necessary activities of project. Then, I completed all the
activities in prescribed manner so that project can be complete successfully. Apart from this,
there are other issues such as lack of raw material, lack of qualified staff and more also arise

during project. However, with the proper planning I was able to deal with all the difficulties
effectively.
Professional Development
In professional career, there are a lot of skills required to grow and propose. These skills
are communication skills, leadership, interpersonal skills, decision making abilities, problem
solving approach and more. These skills are important from professional as well as academic
perspective. The project not only helps in bringing something new and innovative in market
place but also provides significant opportunity in terms of developing necessary skills &
abilities. While undertaking the project, I developed good interpersonal skills by which I can
interact with my peers, colleagues in an impressive way. While working with a company, I need
to deal with several external parties, clients. Here, interpersonal skills will improve my morale
with which I can handle the queries of clients effectively by providing them appropriate
solutions. During the project, I had to take decision on a lot of aspects which improve my
decision making skills by which now I can take effective decisions for benefit of company. In
business, one needs to take a lot of decisions on daily basis. This skill will further assist me in
taking better decision by considering maximum benefit of organization. So, during the project I
got a lot of skills and competencies which will further prove helpful in my professional growth.
Objectives
This present research is based on the importance of drone in delivering food and beverages
services during COVID-19. The mentioned objectives in this dissertation are given below:

 To determine the importance of drone in delivering food and beverages services during
COVID-19.
 To examine the opportunities for food and beverage businesses get by delivering food
through drone.
Conducting the present investigation is helpful for me in determining the role of the drone
and its usefulness while providing the food services or delivery to people who are diseased from
coronavirus at their home without human to human interaction. The drones are helpful in

maintain the social distancing and also arise the chance to any disease to people. This is all
regarding the safety of people. On the other hand, from using the drones there is no need to
people to go outside to their homes and each and everything will be deliver at them with proper
safety. There has been identified that food and beverage sector faced some of the challenges
during Coronavirus. Some of the opportunities has been determined for food and beverage
businesses get by delivering food through drone.
Findings and outcomes
From the mention information, this has been examined that drone plays the important role
in delivering of food to people by food and beverage industry during COVID-19 pandemic
situation. The role of drone and its utility in delivering food services or deliveries to people who
are infected with coronavirus at home from as there is no need for human-to-human contact.
Drones aid in maintaining social distance while also increasing the risk of illness to humans. It's
just about ensuring people's welfare. The conclusion is all about the whole research. Several
improvements in market requirements and approaches have resulted from the recent outbreak.
People are also more likely to be scared of social interaction. As a result, delivering food
items via drones could be the most appropriate solution at this time. Food and beverages are vital
essentials, but many individuals are unable to fulfill even their most basic needs, which are
critical for life. It is appropriate to use such advanced techniques, since this is important to
prevent direct contact nowadays. In drone delivery, a vehicle with less advanced hardware is
used to carry essential supplies to consumers. It has been concluded that several difficulties have
been encountered when executing the project in a real-world environment. The recommendations
stated that It is necessary to create such an atmosphere within the country such that people
become accustomed to drone delivery. Despite the fact that many innovations and advances have
been implemented in the business world, people still do not fully rely on technology.
