A research is a systematic work-done to increase the stoke of knowledge about some specific
topic. Main motive of research is to provide the work-done by the researcherin such an
effective way so that it has a desirable impact on any person who is using the reseach work
for their knowledge. To make the research effective these are few research elemtas that need
to be consider while doing a research. These elements of an effective research are as
following:
Problem or objective:
While doing a research work, researcher must be clear about the problem or objective of his
research work. A clear objective will lead the researcher to find out the desirable information.
Literature review:
Once the researcher is clear about his objective to conduct the research, a preliminary
knowledge about the problem must be known by the researcher. Literature review provides
such information. This information is the work-done by researchers in the past as per the
scenario of same problem at that time. This gives the researcher a basic knowledge that helps
him to enhance the efficiency of his research work (Lewis, 2015).
Participants of the study:
Research work is not complete without the participants of the work. These participants are
may be human subjects, an experiment trial, or a study participant. Participants are most
important element of a research work.

Measurement:
To make some standardise information one has to set some measurement criteria or
benchmark to compare the previously done research work.
Data collection methods:
To make a research data is essential to get conclusive information. Methods are of collecting
data are different for preliminary and secondary data (Guerra-Santin, and Tweed, 2015).
Method of collecting data may be any of the following:
 Observation
 Interview
 Questionnaire
 Schedule method
 Case study
 Survey
 Records
Analysis:
Once the data is collected researcher must analyse data with suitable methodology. For data
analysis the methodology may be of Quantitative or Qualitative type.
Conclusion:
This element of the research work is most important elements as this represents the finding of
whole research in brief. For future re3ferences of the research work this element is
considered more frequently (Nardi, 2018).

Gantt chart is a graphical representation of project schedule that has to be followed by the
creator. This Gantt chart is used to make the understanding of created plan and its schedule in
an easy and more effective manner. In this chart all the activities of the scheduled plan are
represented in the form of bars. Position of these bars defines the initiation date and the final
date of the activity up to which the specific activity has to be completed as per the plan
schedule. Length of the bars shows the time period allotted to the activity to complete it.
These Gantts charts are useful to communicate with the staff and managers in a quick
meeting using visual devices. These charts are relatively easy to make an update easily in
comparison to updating the whole plan schedule (Slack, 2015).
