Reflection on ethical considerations
Based on the personal experience, I have been shared the ethical dilemmas, which
plays an important role in the research study. During analysis, I have gained more experience
by experts, professionals who are participating significant role research study related to the
influence of covid-19 on the employee turnover rate. In my personal opinion, ethical
considerations are important aspect in research terms where it supports in decision making. I
have found some difficult situation at the time of data management, maintenance of
coordination with participants (Barbosa and et.al., 2021). That’s why, it is important to follow
a proper decision process and justify the conclusion. During research study, I have been
identified various ethical issues such as conflicts among participants, lack of collaboration,
mis-leading information or data. These kind of issues are developed a high level constraints
which make it difficult to find the desirable actions. Based on the experience, I have also
faced troubled by a lack of awareness, improper moral thing. These kind of ethical issues are
developing challenge for everyone in the study analysis.
In the context of autonomy, privacy & dignity of individuals, communities, I have
been explained this kind of ethical consideration but it may arise a complex problem or issue.
If in case, participants are unable to maintain dignity of every participants. So, it would be
developed the critical situation of conflicts. During research analysis, I could bear a lot of
pain when I have followed the procedure of ethical consideration. Usually, Considering the
valid consent, confidentiality and anonymity, fair treatment. I thought, these are considered
different process and needs to be followed in step by step manner. But at certain point, I have
been realised that increases the condition of poor confidentiality (Morley and O’bree, 2021).
So, it can be increased possibilities of data losses. To ensure the confidentiality, anonymity &
privacy, I have been followed the different processes such as identifying the number of
techniques. So, it can easily examine the identity of confidentiality in sensitive data
management. My main procedure is to keep secure all record through password protected,
encryption. If in case, it required to send information over technique. These kind of
procedures, I have been following in the privacy & confidentiality, anonymity contexts.

In case of scientific integrity, I have been focused on the data producers, those are
providing authenticate data or information. Generally, targeting the engineer, students and
Scientists who have shared information or data on the real-time basis. On the other hand, I
have found the relevant journals, published articles and databases. These are providing the
authenticate information because it has been verified by authority. These kind of measures I
have been considering to ensure that research data should be authentic. Thus, I also
encouraging the different participants to show their idea, assumptions and also shared a new
technique or method (Sekerdej and Szwed, 2021). According to me, finding an authentic data
is very difficult in the research studies because there are wide range of information available
in different sources. Sometimes, I am confused about its relevancy, accuracy. But I continued
to learn about journals or article that are representing information about covid-19. On the
other hand, I have focused on the additional efforts on the selection of journals, articles. I also
using the technological approach to ensure the integrity of authentic data or information.
Afterward, I will be generating accurate results or information. In my personal experience, I
also considered another technique to check the authentic data through digital screening as
manuscript. It supports for me to identifying any kind of suspicious, undertaking any queries
and finding the relevancy of images.
In the context of social responsibility, I have been shared the importance of social
responsibility which is always supports, reflects the dignity & integrity of individual’s. In
some situation, I have been identified the involvement of enterprise because it provide brief
idea to perform research and contribute to find good results or outcomes. In order to maintain
the dignity & integrity of individual’s, I have been used the code of human research ethics
because it provide the facilities for research participants when they can easily identify its
psychological needs and developed a confidence level during research analysis. According to
me, it supports for research in order to develop trust, mutual respect between researcher and
participants. In this way, it is potentially developing interest towards psychological level and
identify the experience, human behaviour and attitude (Szenes and Tilakaratna, 2021).
However, I have consider this kind of ethics, which help me to gain experience and
implementing the best intervention. Whenever I have used human ethics, following a proper
guidelines that are clarifying the conditions under psychological manner. In regards of the
code of human ethics, it has been underlying the principle approach inform the demand of
research practice. I have openly stating the specific values that are underpinning the
participants.

With respect to the increasing the benefits & eliminating harmful thing, I have
focused on the uncertain risks or threats arise during research analysis. In some cases, it is
directly affecting the personal values, privacy & invasion of participants. So, I will try to
implement or consider protocols regarding design, rationale. It is underlying the importance
of proposed design. On the other hand, I have tried to establish a strong collaboration with
participants and gain more idea about the sufficient expertise, experience. This kind of
approach will always support for me in future as well as present. Most importantly, I should
be consider the privacy management approach and psychological well-being (Sekerdej and
Szwed, 2021). These are influencing the participants, enterprise so that they were involved in
different tasks in step by step manner. In my personal experience, investigator and
participants could be taking benefits or advantage from research finding. This is why because
I have used the informed consent that helps me to generate accurate results or outcomes.
Afterward, it also increasing the level of benefits and also minimising harmful thing at the
time of research analysis.
